O man, just came back from Richmond. So last night, close to midnight, David goes....Jme... wanna go to Yumo? Hmm what time? 9:30....What?! So yea.. I got up at 7:30 to ask and he picked me up after.... WHAT an unearthly hour to be up on a Sunday. We picked Jensen and Ashish up after and headed for Cambie Secondary. Lmao when Ashish comes out the front yard he forgets to close the gate and his mom just snaps at him. Ah funny~

There weren't..... THAT.. many people there. I thought it was gonna be big and busy. Kinda like the Douglas one we went to before. People come, play, go... Some familliar faces some never seen before. Darn, Jensen and I shoulda entered. The T-shirt wasn't bad looking either. I wanted one but it was 15 bucks so Dave said he'd sell his to me....but... cheaper...[Funding David.. Funnnnding]. They waited an hour or so before their first game. O god.. O hey Nina was there.. and... and.. I forget her partner's name.. Eva.. We went to the concession stand and they had these cookies.. with birdies and rackets drawn on with chocolate....birdies!! So awesome. I got 2, one bird, one racket. =P I don't wanna eat it. Looks too cool...I filmed Dave and Ashish's games and yea.. played a lil mix with Jensen, Steven and Kyle. We beat them one match! And I was in jeans..ugh, this morning I had my gym strip in my backpack.. and then at the last minute, I was like... nah I'm not gonna play so I took it out. Arg... woulda been so much better if I had brought my shorts at least. Well.... we sat for a bit... played some intense games... sat somemore.. practiced couple of shots... sat somemore.. and yea.. that was my day. David said we'd be done by 3.. but.... 5 and we're still not done. Last game, they played Andy and Simon [?] from Semi. They were all into it. David kept screaming at every shot. Then there was this crazy.. David saves a smash forehand, then Andy smashes it again and Dave swings the racket behind his back but at the same time that was Ashish's forehand. So I was like whoa man.. But yea, Ashish got it, not David.. Woulda been cool though.

There were some purty crazy people there. This kid.. he looks like he's 10 or something and he played guys doubles with his brother pretty crazy games. The mix doubles were pretty good too. But man, feather birds. I swear it was a graveyard of feather birds in the gym. Didn't think I was gonna be playing all that hard so I took my gym strip out just before I left the house. I wore a tank top and a hoodie! And it was soooo hot but I didn't wanna run around in a tank. So I borrowed David's Yumo shirt. Ah, I love badminton~

O man, we went to get gas and the cash machine wouldn't cooperate with David.. Met Sylvia at Tom Lee today. Then we went to Pearl Fever to pick up a job application. Oscar was there so I asked him. He's pretty cool...plays badminton too. So he said we don't need to fill out an application and we can just give them my resume. Hmm.. So then we headed to HMV and same thing... no application.. B-b-but the sign... said come in and fill out an application! Well I kinda wished I had brought resumes out. Unfortunately no.. =(... Hmm so then.. we went for badminton. It was an ok practice. Jensen was doing crazy 360 jump smashes. Pretty cool. He managed to get the birds over. Lol cept.. he fell once. Jump.. Fall.. Roll... Alex did some ballerina 360... XD... And Ke-li did....something.. XD... Binh tried to save the smash. He allllmost got it! Yea...so we headed for Mac Ds and yea... Oscar was working at Pearls.. so we talked to him for a bit. Then... yea.. ..haha Julian's brother was crazy hyper man. Sylvia was like..."omg..... this is why I don't like kids"... XD Him and Jensen were having a pokemon naming contest. Jensen: "Ok.. now you're making stuff up man"

So at lunch, I hung around with Diane. We watched the guys play hacky sack for a bit. Lmao Dustin flipped his shoes and then crossed his legs to walk. Ah whatta froot~ He got his ears pierced! And his hair's pretty cool now. After Diane ditched me for home, I went to sit outside opposite Alex's house infront of school and absorbed all the sunlight I could get. XD.. It was...peaceful.... Then Simmy came... then Brando, or should I say Bernando [Hogen thinks it's cooler] name. So us 3 chilled for a bit.... hacky sack-ed....and I couldn't get it... lol.. feet and legs are just so...uncoordinated. I put a purty dandelion in his hair... ain't he purty? =D

School was... cool.. No actually.. work was cool. I have one of the moms wanting me to babysit. So... woot! I had to test them on their letter pronounciation skills today. And I painted...and...took their work off the boards in the hallways. The grade 6/7s had their "Goodbye Mexicans" dance. I heard all the grade 6s were crying coz the Mexican kids are leaving on Sunday. Aw sho sad =(...

After work, I headed back to school for practice. Jensen and I played Alex and Ke-li. Man... musta been the air or something. Jensen's shots weren't going over. Well... good work out today. Maybe another one tomorrow and then a break from it all til Thursday? Frasers? Woohoo? =P Mr Nguyen was talking to us bout his badminton party. At the end of it all...".....Ok.... Jme will plan it.. Email Jamie bout when you can make it.."....Ah wha?! After that, Jensen, Ke-li and I were discussing Frasers next week. Jensen and I probably play Ke-li and Lily first. And Jensen hasn't lost one game this entire season. Lol Hence......the name King J. We realized that... Jensen and I have been playing mix together for 3 years and it's taken that long for us to get our rotation right. And all the yelling... He doesn't yell no more. We were walking past those breakdancer dudes in the caf and I go hey Ke-li, you should breakdance... Jensen's like ... O yea he's definately gonna break something

When I got home, Jimbo phoned me up so I went over to his place for a couple hours. He showed me his semi-acoustic guitar. Pretty crazy.. He has a pedal which he hooked it up to so it's got a number of different... what's it called... Ok I can't think of the word but... sounds.. XD... Then he hooked up his electric and let me play it. Ahhhh it was crazy. Lol... the fact that the sound came outta speakers amused me.

Guess we coulda done a lot better than what we did today. Sylvia and I won 3 games... lost one to Wanda and Vivian [PT]...The first games against Seaquam, both sets, were... strange... We had a really weird start. Both times the scores were SOOO close. Well good thing we didn't lose like we did at provincials. We had to set so many times.... scores came out to..13-9......12-10...11-9.....Ok well those scores are messed up.. but stuff like that. Sylvia's back is killing her....her contacts were dry... which wasn't good... and also... the leg abusing lol. So I guess we did pretty well seeing as how she was about to collapse. O well.... better rest before Frasers next week.

Fashion Show 2006

The block order switched today because of report cards =S.. I didn't know until right before class started. So instead of math, I had....a doulble block of photography which meant.... a full day of... pretty much nothing. I printed up my next 2 assignments.. did some tinting... And that was pretty much it. Went home at 11 ish and the rest of the day I just worked on the Badminton 06 slideshow. This one's gonna be good =D.

At 7, I left for the fashion show. Had to walk coz Joey had to go for guitar. So I met Diane and Gina there and since we were filming we got in free. 10 bucks is sucha rip off. But I guess it goes to dry grad. We'll prob want the money next year =P. Mmm.. It was ok... Just like last year...Champers did the hair again and yea pretty much the same thing just a couple different faces. The kids were so cute. They had a lil trouble finding the crosses that marked where they were supposed to stand on the ground. Lol they had door prizes as usual... Zac was so funny. He lifts up this box that had perfume in it. And he goes... "Ok..... the..... l'eau...de... toileeeet...'scuse my french..".....*calls out number*... "..ok... here's your l'eau the toileeeet" Ah boy...Well... guess that's all I have to say...

Big day tomorrow, time to get some sleep. FH.... Team Champions? We shall find out!

So today was kinda like yesterday. But I figured that since the kids only get to class at 12, there really isn't anything I can do before that. Mrs R has everything all set up and ready before they come. I hung around school at lunch.. Couldn't find ANYONE... school was kinda deserted....I walked all over and couldn't find anyone. Went to the Career Office to drop off my contract but Ms Bicknel said Nguyen went home sick!..... sick!! Hope he's ok... our games Thursday! Talked to Sim and Adam for a bit. XD...Adam had a lil moment of jibberish-talk. The words just came out all wrong. Ah it was too funny. Cain came by.. he's working as a student teacher. Haha said he had to read to grade 9s. Haven't seen him in a while. Near the end of lunch Sim and I decided to leave. Brandon was still outside waiting for his ride to come. So we talked for a bit then left for work.

We went outside again today. It wasn't as hot as yesterday. I think it was nicer =). Cooler but still lotsa sun. I don't know how kids do it. They manage to run so fast all over school grounds without colliding into each other. Donna had a whole crowd of people surrounding her again today. lol...She finally recognizes me. We talked during our game and she had no idea who I was. Maybe it was coz my hair was tied up.....hmmmm... So today... I got to sort out their worksheets and make them into booklets... I got to... evaluate them on their reading skills. The kids came out one by one and had to read me a book. So.. Teacher Jamie got to do some marking =P. I think they're starting to warm up to me now. I didn't have any stares. Instead I had funny faces being made. Well, tmr I have the day off.. haha.. They're going on a fieldtrip. Then Thursday we have our team playoffs. Woot.. man I haven't touched my racket in so long. ><

Grumble grumble grumble... IE crashed so this is the second time I'm typing this up

First day of work! Started off with Math ew what a way to start of the day.. with numbers... inequalities.. ahh.. Jeff made me sit with him, he was feeling lonely. Photography happened... I did literally...nothing. The entire block I watched Jennifer try to cut up her matt board. Tricky stuff.. lol. After that, I had to head down to the portables to drop off my socials homework [Yea Mr Po gave us homework! Even when we're out on Work Ex!] Pretty crazy though, after we get back, we have one month to finish up Government and review and then we'll have our provincial. Grade 11's almost done!!!! That's scary at the same time... I had an hour to spare until work but .. too lazy to get changed for badminton. I headed for the gym anyhoo... Bumped into Brandon and Sean there. They were on their way out so I followed them. Sean had to go to work...So I hung out with Brandon until his ride came. Lol we were basking in the sun. It's so nice out.. Clear sky..no clouds at all...19 degrees.. Feels warmer than that though. He had his thick book of poems with him.

I had to get Mr Hilder to sign one last thing and get my pass. He told me that their badminton teams [all of them] are first in Surrey. I was like..yesss... lol And he said the grade 5 team qualified as winners but as a grade 6 team. Ain't that awesome?

Kindergarteners are shoooo cute. It's so different watching a class as compared to babysitting. It's so hard to control Joseph but those kids in the class just listen. We went outside at lunch [and apparently they don't usually do this]. So... I went out with them and we just watched them run around. They had to find a "duty person" and report back before they could play. It's so cute.. Since they're so little, they're not gonna lie.. they'll do as told. Sucha nice feeling... I always have to tell the kids I babysit to do stuff a thousand times before they will do it... This was like...wow... Donna had a lotta people crowded around her; kids hanging from each arm. lol. Then I saw Joey and her friends. Selena screamed at me and gave me the usual bear hug. XD It was cool. I talked to Mrs Rovtar quite a bit. It's so nice, coz I'm actually talking to her as if I were a co-worker... not a student. It was......different.

2 and a half hours seemed pretty long in a classroom. They got so much done. Sang songs.. danced.. learned their numbers [now those numbers Jme likes =P]... days of the week... coloured.. painted... snack.... show and tell. The entire time I was there, I had beadly little eyes staring at me. There wasn't a second no one was looking at me. And not just looking, but staring. They're so cute. I managed to learn some names today. Well by the end of the day, they warmed up and I was the talk of the town XD. "Hey that's Jamie.. Hi Jamie... Bye Jamie... It's Jamie!!"

I got sick. Urg =( I knew it'd come. I don't know if I caught it from Krissy [from the sleepover last weekend] or Brandon [whose doctor said he had strap throat and mono but then after a week told him he didn't]. Well whatever it is, I have it now. As Brandon calls it, I am a sickie again..... My throats all husky and funky.. and.. owie.. My nose is fine right now.. But yesterday I was so tired and now my head's hurting a lil. I shall brace myself before babysitting tonight O_O lol... 4:30 to 10.. pizza included!

I was looking through the Guildford Town Center website last night looking to see if any one was hiring. I don't get it. So if they don't have hiring signs then can you apply there or not. Most stores don't put signs up but then they are in need of people. Sim said that Red Robins really needs people so I went to their site but there's no where I can contact them in Canada. In the US, yea I have like 10 people I can contact. The Cdn website just has Assistant Managers and stuff like that. Well, after going through almost all the stores that came to my attention...I narrowed it down.. Blockbuster looked interesting.. Rogers.. Then... Pearl Fever... That's prob the best. Sylvia said they were hiring so she's gonna go after badminton today to check for me. =P... Would be cool if I can work there. And the good thing about my work experience is that I get off school at 11, walk over to Erma and have my lunch, and everything ends at 3. Anything else they want me to do, I can do at home. So I can start work anytime after 3. We only have 2 more tournaments for badminton. Finals for Team Playoffs next week and Frasers on May 4th. Woot... They still haven't given us our trophies for LFVs yet. *Grumble*

What did I miss.... We had our Team Playoffs at JH yesterday. Hogen came to give us a ride there. So Sylvia called shot gun, Lily and Diane got in on the sides. I was putting my stuff in the back. Then I go to Diane's side and she goes..NoOOOOOOOOOo. So I'm like.. aii.. ok.. go to Lily's side.. But she won't let me in either! Hogen thought I was IN the car and drove off. O god...It was.....odd..

So our game. We won 9-2 which means we move on to play either Seaquam or Pinetree. I have a feeling it's gonna be Pinetree. Hoo, don't think we'll win that one. But hey.... 2nd place? Ugh, our games yesterday were horrible. The gym was so stuffy, the floor was dusty. It's strange. The atmosphere was so unwelcoming. I thought us and JH were pretty tight. But.... yea it was strange.

Today's practice wasn't that great either. Not many people showed up and it was just meh. We were watching the track and field people do high jump. O boy that was too funny. Mr M's son couldn't get it. Diane, Sylvia and I sat there and watched him jump over and over and over. He just couldn't get over without hitting the bar down. Apparently Diane's pro at it. XD lol..Guess I shouldn't say too much...when was the last time I did high jump.....

Joey came to me and handed me this... flat piece of ....thing. She said it's candy. It's like a squished out sucker or something XD. Sticky chewy stuff that sticks to your teeth, flattened out on a piece of plastic film with a sucker stick on one end. I don't really see how you'd be able to hold it up, it'd just fold over and get all over the place. It kinda looks like a wax strip. XP Well I didn't like it. Heh

Wow, it's been more than a week since our last tournament. =( I don't want badminton season to end. I'm still thinking about that Yumo tournament. It's so expensive though and you need to be in two events to get the shirt. Mr Pocock and Nguyen still aren't sure about our JH game. They haven't contacted us yet. It's going to be a home game so that's good =P

I finally got my interview done with. Mr Nguyen said that I could get out of class earlier for it so it won't conflict with badminton in case we had our game. Got out of math. I forgot today was double block. Thought I'd be missing photography which would be no problem at all. But nooOOooo. Had math. I think I'll manage. Lol yesterday in Math, Huzyk was reading out a list of people who have overdued books. He comes to Robin's name [And he's a quiet innocent looking kid btw].... "ROBIN.. WHAT'S THIS?! Weapons of Math Instruction---Uhhhh.. WEAPON'S OF MASS DESTRUCTION. WHAT are you planning?!?!" Ah that was so funny.

So yea, got my interview done today. Walked over to Erma at 2 and waited for Mr Hilder to come get me. We talked and I suppose everything went smoothly. Then he introduced me to Ms Rovtar. Yno what's so cool. That Mr Hilder knows probably every student in school. He knows who I am from like 4 years ago when we talked to him in his office about putting Joey and I in Erma. How crazy is that?! Ms Rovtar's really nice. I think it's gonna be fun. I start work next week. =P I did so much walking.. First to Erma.. then back to school for the Fashion Show rehearsal coz Mr Nguyen wants me to film it so we had to talk to the coordinator and we talked to her bout where we should stand and stuff. She was so nice. Our names [Gina and I] are going on the....whatchamacallits.. Pamphlets...

Yea the one about the horse that broke its leg and Dakota fanning gave it hope or something. I wanted to see it. Lol She's like Ah! I wanna see it so bad!! Went to Aunty June's for dinner tonight. For once we had a BBQ instead of the regular chinese dinner which consisted of: Ribs, beef, pizza, Beehoon [ok well some chinese...it was really good though.. vegetarian! =P]. They rented King Kong.. Ah I finally get to see it. Twas awesome. There's one part where the girl was performing for Kong and he laughed at how she'd fall. Then he picks her up and pushes her to make her fall over and over. After dinner, we "roasted" marshmellows over .....candles. Haha.. They were good~

Aren't those M&Ms so cute! Jill's BF got them for her for...Valentine's. Said they cost bout a hundred bucks + shipping + tax. But awwww~

So Diane, Lily, Krissy and Sylvia slept over last night. We watched Schindler's List [since we weren't allowed to rent ANYWHERE]. Had the usual..yno... pizza...pop...And orange trifle. =P Somehow, the movie wasn't that sad. I thought maybe actually paying close attention and reading the subtitles and everything would make me cry..all into it. But nope. Really good movie though. The fact that Diane kept joking and talking kinda ruined the effect lol. Her and her.uhm....odd comments.

Later that night, we hung out in the guest room. Well... everyone but me and Diane was asleep. Hoh.. Diane and I were taking pictures as you can see. They're just like the ones from the HBC fireworks. =P We were laughing so much last night. Ah... twas good.

Had to get up at 9 [Sylvia's cellphone BLEEPED soooo loud...But she was the only one who didn't hear it!]. I was like AhHHHhhh SYLVIA MAKE IT STOP!! Lol... pretty impressive. All of us were out of the house by 10. We took a bus down to Guildford coz Sylv had some eye check up appointment. Diane and I sat in the food court while Lily and Krissy shopped. When they came back, we left for American Eagle. Sylvia phones us and says Brian's there. Lol..like... whuh? So we hung out with him for a while. They had their breakfast.. then we went down to Surrey Central and yea Metrotown. On the bus there, there was this lady with a baby. She had him strapped onto the harness thingamajig and he was shooooooo cute. Next to her was this older lady who had a....cabbage patch kid. I have no idea why she was hugging it. But...yea. So I'm like.. Aww Sylvia look at the baby, he's so cute. Sylvia looks at me like I'm retarded or something. What are you talking about?! That's fake.

Aww, there was this old indian guy on the train. We were at Edmonds and he asked Krissy what stop it was. She wasn't sure so I pointed it out and he said tha the was from Calgary and that he wanted to go to Metrotown and didn't want to get lost. We reach the stop "...next stop is...Metrotown". I look at him, smile and knod my head and he does the same. When he got off the train, he looked so happy. Lol.. How cute.

Headed for Crystal Mall first to drop off our rackets. Ugh.. Those people there are so... dahh.. It was 20 bucks for each racket and we had 2. The guy was being so darn rude and....It was ugh. We had 3 hours to spare. Does it take that long to string a racket? 3 hours? Ok well 2.. But still. We walked..... and walked...and walked...and walked somemore. I am sah-Ohhhhhh tired now. I could just drop dead on my bed until tomorrow. Mmm we had ice cream. =P Then I brought Sylvia to the Build-a-Bear workshop. She's never heard of it! Then again, she doesn't have a sister who's crazy about bears. Diane, Lily and Krissy were shop shop shopping man. There were sooo many people at AE. It was crazy.

We finally decided to stop for food and rest our FEET back at Crystal Mall. Headed for the food court there. Diane had this.. Terriyaki Chicken rice thing. I guess it was pretty good. I was kinda hungry. After eating all her beansprouts, and some of the rice, it got kinda sickening. They got a strawberry smoothie and the cover had a picture of a girl. Diane sticks the straw in...um... where her skirt was.. It was kinda obscene. I don't know if I want to explain it. XD

So hey.. I got 91% on my math test. =D Other than that, today was just another day. Hoge came by for badminton at lunch but all of us were so tired from yesterday.

Lol this morning in SS we had to copy notes. Garr~ We were doing Post-WWII and we came to the Vietnam War... Or both..just more dictator...North Vietnam attacks South Vietnam --> Mr Nguyen escapes. Ah he's so funny [Since Noogie's vietnamese]. I think he's coming in to talk to us bout Vietnam tomorrow. XP

I did my math test first block since I had to get out early. Didn't think I'd finish it that fast.. 45 minutes and I was done.. I did the test 2wice. I'm feeling pretty good about it. =S.. But I shouldn't speak too soon. Since the rest of the class wrote the test second block, I had nothing to do so I headed down to the library with David.. Apparently he got in trouble with Ms Whitlock. She can be pretty scary sometimes. I got out a fashion illustration book. It's pretty spiffy.

We left for North Delta/Sands with Mr Pocock. He's bringing his dog tomorrow! Aww that'd be sweet. Said he's going away for the weekend. Lol yesterday, Jensen had this tennis ball which he got out of the back of Pocock's trunk and he was playing with it all day. Mr Pocock was like.. hey Jensen.. my dog's not gonna be very happy if she doesn't have her tennis ball. XD Yes so Sylvia played singles. Her draw was pretty good. Port Moody first? Followed by.......Michelle from FVC.. We weren't there for that game coz David came by and drove us all to North Delta to watch the guys. Yea they had to split them up coz it would have taken forever. But yea we kinda ditched Sylvia partway [Sorry Sylvia!!!! Hey you beat Michelle.. Woot?!!?!?] On the way there, Diane was complaining...

We were just in time for Jensen's semi-finals and finals. Woot...he beat Kyle from Pinetree. What was weird was at the start of his draw.. it was so hard for him to beat his opponents.. In finals against Pinetree, he beat Kyle... 4... and..2 [Since David's sucha picky person.. I had to change that score *EYE ROLL*] Well King J hasn't been defeated so far. First in Surreys...first in Lower Frasers. Frasers will be in May.

Right after Jensen played his finals, they started calling the games for mix. Jensen was so dead after his last game. He put a fresh shirt on. After we won the first match, he realized it was on backwards. Lmao.. He flips it back and Mr Nguyen goes.. Jensen.. that's good luck.. And Jensen goes.. OH YEA *starts flipping it back*... So yea.. here are our results.. We played.. PM..PT...I don't even remember. But Jensen said not to care about the schools.. Just play our best...so that's what we did. =P We won 3 straight was it.... 2 straight. We played semi-finals... which was quite the game. Finals was oooo boy... We played Pinetree....I think..[Ok well.. It's Port Moody... Garr David!] The girl on that team was grade..10? 9?...9! First year. And she was pretty darn impressive. We managed. Jensen got a lil upset .. we were down a couple points..Lol He's so funny.. He's like.. I'm not angry coz of you... I'm angry coz of my shots. We played pretty well. Everyone was watching us. It was intense man.. Just like Frasers last year. Feels so awesome being up there. It's kinda weird... I haven't been practicing with him since last season. And only recently.. something just clicked. He's been pretty supportive too so. that's good.. I think I'm actually.. pushing myself and I guess since last season, I've improved. =) There was one shot..the guy cleared it back.. my backhand and I just drove it as hard and as flat as I could back...I didn't think it'd make it.. But dayum.. It hits the tape line and rolls over. O man...The second time he did that, I couldn't get it over tho..lol Well I got it over but it was high.

All those Seaquam and Pinetree people had Mac Donalds. We were playing our game and the gym smelled SOOOO good. It was torture. Jensen kept stealing fries off Pat and them. Aww he said he'd get me a Krispy Kreme donut and he did! But Jensen wanted it and how could I say no to Jensen.. Lol..Errr he kinda already picked it up and was waving it at me. Jme can I have it?....Yes Jensen take it..

Since Diane's been bothering Mr Nguyen for the longest time that he owed us Mac D's, he finally gave in. It was.. Me, Diane, Lily, Sylv, Jensen, Ke-li, David and him. Ah it was so funny.. We had some weird oldies songs playing and we were singing.. Well Nguyen started it! He asked us what we wanted but I didn't want him spending so much.. a meal for everyone. We just shared some fries... ice cream.. yea.. He's hilarious.. "So guys... time for gossip.. what's going on.." .....Nothing...."So what's this I hear about you guys and this competition to see who can get the most emails". Haha I don't know how he does it..But he's good... really good. He kept burning Diane and Jensen. I think the joke was:

[Woot.. 2nd in Lower Frasers!]

Ah... Today was pretty darn awesome. Finished watching Schindler's List in SS. It was so sad. Well... the fact that we had to split the movie up into 3 different segments kinda ruined the whole effect. We watched 2 hours of it last week.. then another hour of it yesterday.. and today the last 15 minutes. At the end they show Schindler's grave a and all the people who are still alive today or well.. in 1993 walked by with the actors who played them in the movie and played a rock on top. Ahh~

K yea we'll skip everything else and go straight to badminton. Lower Frasers at North Delta! Woot. Today was doubles. Ho-yea.. Sylvia and I ka-pwned. Well... sorta.. yea.. First we played Sands and yea we beat them 11-2 11-3. When we were warming up, Sylvia was like "Hit it to the white girl" *Looks at them* *Looks at Sylv*.."Sylvia they're both white"...Lol She's like "The one in the WHITE T-shirt". XD. The draw was pretty good. Lily and Diane beat the GP girls again! Wooooot! Ah hahahah! Well the one bad thing was..once both our teams won their games, we had to face each other. So yea.. Lily and Diane played Me and Sylvia in the semi-finals. Sylv and I won.. Was a pretty good game though.. Packed with lotsa running.. drops.. clears.. smashes. After that...FINALS... against Pinetree.. WANDA...and Angela!... Meep.. Sylvia and I were so pumped for that game. Cept we had to wait bout 45 minutes until they called us. ><.. No one watched it either. FVC was helping us. Haha we've formed yet another "alliance". Ashley and Alex's mom was coaching us and giving us tips. It was kinda odd.. Sylv and I were on the bleachers.. She's sitting inbetween us talking bout Wanda and Angela's weaknesses... then she puts her hand on my lap...*Looks down*.. Urm... Haha she said they are strong but their footwork isn't as good as ours. So we came to a conclusion... Drops...And it worked! Cept.. we still lost.. 11-1.. 11-0... haha ouch. But hey.. we got second.. We weren't expecting to beat them...Maybe in the Fraser Valleys. Hehe, Ninnerz and I were going a lil coo-coo after our games. We were watching their girls doubles play the guys. She's so awesome.. so crazy awesome.. I can't wait for tomorrow. It's gonna be just as awesome. Mix.. ee...Oh wait.. singles AND mix...That's gonna be crazy. Jensen's gonna be so tired after singles not to mention he has to play mix with me right after.

Meep, we have one more lunch-time practice tomorrow before we start our Lower Frasers Tournament. We meet Seaquam, Pinetree, Centennial, Port Moody?... Well the people we met at provincials except for Maple Ridge. Jensen said Sylvia and I are playing Wanda and her partner [who is apparently equally as strong] in the first rounds. That ain't gonna be cool. Ah after playing all those exciting games in mix, the regular doubles games turn boring. O_O... I still have to phone Mr Hilder for that interview, phew... finally

O man... I just got back from Mac D's with the badminton crew. That's the first time in soooooo long that we've hung out as a team. Ah good times good times. I haven't full out laughed in so long. Julian apparently owed us bubble tea for making top 4 in doubles [Thx Julian!]. When we got there, everyone else showed up. Brian and Jensen took our drinks and ran out with them! Diane and I had to chase them outside.After that the usual..Mac Ds... It started off with just me, Sylv, Diane and Jensen.. Lol we were gossiping. It's kinda weird.. Jensen's the only guy I know who actually gossips. It was us at one table and the rest of the peeps [Joe, Peter, Bettina, Connie, Brian, Julian, David....did I miss anyone?] at another. XD Jensen's too funny. Man.. he tried to suck a fry through a straw. But obviously a fry is fatter than a straw. I found him an itty crispy bit and he tried that.. still didn't work. He flips the straw backwards where the fry was and sucks. O man bad idea. He started choking. Ah man..Him and Brian were being so odd. They were "pretending" to say something bout us. O yea Shane and his permed-hair friends were at another table. It's so funny.. their hair all looks the same. After a while the entire groupa people came to join us. Julian went around pick pocketing from Ke-li, David and Shane. He pulled David's stack of cards out of David's hand and erm.. he didn't even know? So yea....Karma hit him.. His badminton racket went missing when David sent Connie and Bettina home. We figured Shane took it. But when he phoned, it wasn't with him. Well after a while he got kinda pissed so then we found out David had it. Guess that taught him a lesson. Jensen got kinda high... Well.. all of us were hyper. He got straws and put them together and kept bothering Julian and Diane. Then Julian started a freak show or something. He started doing weird things with his fingers and...eyes.. It was pretty nasty...Jensen was sitting there with weird expressions on his face. It was hilarious..

Lol... Peter came by and kept complaining that he didn't like his racket and he wanted to use someone else's. He came to me and Diane and asked for her racket. I took his racket to look at the strings.. they were in perfect condition.. Then I paused..."It's not the racket...it's the player"..Ohhh.. lol...I don't think he was too pleased...meep.

We watched Shindler's List today...part of it at least. We sat through an entire double block and there's still quite a bit left. O man that's a good movie. Haha I think Mr Pocock was crying. It was icky. Diane and I were flinching at every gunshot. Eesh...Well I can't wait for Monday when we get to finish it.

They had World Cup soccer at lunch so all the gyms were taken. O man... we were sitting on the benches that were lined up in the middle and it's like a target zone. Soccer balls flying in both directions of the gym. Diane kept screaming and hiding behind me. XD..We almost got hit 2wice. They didn't get to finish so.. I don't know who the winner was. Brandon told me that if they had won the game that they never got to play, they woulda won. *Shrugs*

We had half a gym after school for practice. Jensen and I are on a roll now. It's awesome. Our rotation is perfect... just still a couple minor shot placements we gotta correct then we're good to go. Yeaaa~ Aww, Alex broke his racket. It's beyond repair. The entire frame gave way. I don't exactly know what happened but someone said he wasn't playing when it broke.. He just kinda snapped it with his bare hands. =S? Jensen went outside to kill it even more. He slammed it against the wall. Lmao Diane was playing with the grip part. "Wingardium Leviosa?"Yea, aww.. Jensen and him might be going to Richmond to get rackets restrung. Hopefully he won't snap it AGAIN. Coz that would suck. He's snapped so many. Heh, know what's twisted. Sylv and I are FH's #1 Girls doubles team followed by Lily and Diane then Stell and Wanta. But somehow, because of the weird draws, Diane and Lily ranked 2nd in Surreys and we ranked 3rd. That's probably better though. Both teams stand an equal chance. Lily and Diane get better draws in the Lower Frasers next week. Jensen and I are first.. Sylvia's second [I'll remember that Sylv] in singles..Jensen's obviously first in singles.

Dryden drove me and Diane home and I hung out in my room for a bit. It's in need of a cleaning. Tomorrow perhaps. So yeh, came home and Brandon wanted me to phone. Talked for a bit and we decided to go see a movie... Ice Age 2.. It was.. Me, Jo, Him, Camy, Cory and Sim. Brandon's mom picked us up and then we headed for Sim's. Lol She has sucha hard time remembering her name. Simian? Sian? Sillian? Corey and Camy were sitting in the trunk XD. Coz they took out the backseats so they were rolling around in the back. When we get there, Camy pulls a purse out of his pocket. XP. Brandon's reaction "Omg what is that.. You're carrying a purse?!".. Lol Well they were supposed to have 20 bucks and change in there but it was gone. Ended up having to give them a 5 and Sim gave a 5. The movie was awesome.. We saw Andrew and Steven in there. Brandon turns around and points at them "Hockey at one tmr!!!" Andrew turns around to look at what Brandon's pointing at. Which was ... weird.. coz they had a wall behind them. XD Steven stared at us for the longest time. Then finally realizes it's us. So yea they sat with us. Andrew worked there for Work Ex so he's already seen the movie..kept saying the lines before they'd actually say it. "Andrew! You're RUINING it!!!" Ahh it was so funny. That little Scrat [for those who haven't seen the movie. Scrat = Squirrel + Rat] ... Those scenes were the best.. The entire movie he's running after the acorn. [Spoiler!] At the end he ends up dead and in acorn heaven apparently.... He was after the ultimate acorn, then Sid wakes him up and "saves" his life. He got so pissed at Sid. XP

Since my car's too small, Brandon's mom came to pick us up after. We were waiting outside and guess who we see. Selena! I mean Joey just saw here a couple hours ago and now we see her again. Her sister was prob watching a movie or something. So she gets outta the car and does the usual..."HEY JAMIE!" *hugs*...Ah she's so cool. In the car, Camy tells his mom that the 20 dollar bill wasn't in the purse. Hoo man.. his mom exploded. All of us at the back were just thrown back.. Well I was.. It was scary.. but at the same time.. it wasn't. Brandon was cracking jokes while she yelled at Camy. Yea then she started laughing. It was rather interesting. It went on throughout the entire car ride. I never did see Cam open or even take the purse out in the car though. After we dropped Sim off, Cam found the 20 by the car door. He picks it up and shows it to his mom and she showers him with lotsa "OMG YOU FOUND IT.. YES! I'M SO SORRY CAM. IT'S NOT YOUR FAULT"... Very very interesting..Well.. he lost and found it. Mr Pocock said we'd watch Shindler's List today but noOOOooo he couldn't get the projector with the speakers. Darn.. so I went to class without my books or worksheets. But HEY.. I finished them all yesterday when we were watching the singles game. I was so tired last night to even blog. Jensen and I practiced with Lily and Keli at lunch. Ho-man.. I'm glad we did. It was a good training session. We got our court movement going really well. Lily and Ke-li were having a bit of trouble but it was good. They did well.

Jen, Lily and I went out to take photos after lunch. I had an entire block of nothing. We walked around school looking for things to take pics of. Then I went out to watch Randy and Brandon play soccer. Got some shots of them doing crazy stuff. Hopefully they turned out ok. Second block I developed the roll then left early for our game.

Jane rolled the bird over the net twice! But she was really scared of Jensen lol. I think I hit her once. Sorry? Ok then we played Frank Hurt and MAN they were like monsters. This guy he's SO TALL. Diane said her head only goes up to his shoulder. He was like.. frankenstein. Well Jensen confused him with his trick shots to the point that whenever Jensen made a shot, he'd just freeze on spot coz he didn't know where to go. Lol. It was fun. So yea Jensen and I haven't broken our streak. Hey, I didn't play with Jensen in grade 8. I played with Ke-li.. but hey we got first then too =). But yea, since grade 9. We pwned today.All of a sudden everything in my head clicked together. The whole mix formation and rotation. It all worked out. Our team's gonna be so strong next year. We're gonna have an A team and a B team. And we enter as two separate schools. Crazy eh!

Muahaha.. so pumped~! At lunch, Jensen and Alex did a lil training session with all the girls doubles teams. He corrected all our rotations and shot placements. That helped a lot. Lol I went to Ms Nickel to tell her I had to get out early again and she pauses.. stares at me for a while.. uh what? Why? Shoulda just told her that I'm gonna have to get out early for the rest of the week. Hmm.. tmr.. tmr.. D'oh.. I get outta math tmr.

Ah today was good. It sucks that they're splitting everything up though. All our play days are like the length of regular league games. Tmr's gonna be awesome though; girls singles 3:30 guys singles 6:30. Muahaha... Ok blah.. enough about tomorrow. TODAY.. today's results: Sylvia and I played 2 games.. 2 games! And we're in top 4.. Lily and Diane played quite a few games and and and THEY BEAT GUILDFORD PARK'S SANDY AND SZU. Woot.. ah that's awesome. Lol ah look at us.. what posers. Was it.. Stella and Wanta had a little trouble at the beginning but they had one final game to qualify for top 8 for Lower Frasers. CHARGES towards Wanta and leaps at her as if Wanta was gonna catch her or something.. she just completely.. takes her out. O god.. Then both of them fell to the ground. I say.... Stella's playing the wrong sport. She should be playing Rugby or Tackle Football or something. Wanta looks at her "Stella.....that wasn't game point..."... WHAT?! Haha, Sylvia was all dressed up in her badminton sweats and her badminton jacket. Come game time, the outer layer comes off and shes wearing a tiny yoga shirt and short shorts. Even though the guys weren't playing today, JH guys came and so did Jensen, Ke-li and Julian. Today was a day for... falling... or something.. I don't know how many people fell today. I got whacked in the head by Julian too and SOMEBODY.. kept laughing at me. Jensen was playing with Binh, Pat and Hoge and all of them cept Binh were jut diving all over the place. Ah.. and there's Jensen rolling all over the floor as usual.

Since we did so well, Hogen brought us for ice cream at DQ. =D... Blizzards! I got tons of pictures and tons of videos!

Wow...today was the first time in Sr Badminton history that Sylvia and I actually played a serious game. Ever since we started playing, it's been laughing the entire time. Loadsa fun.. but no progress. I think we actually went somewhere today. A bunch of us went to watch the guys doubles at Enver after school today. Lol When I told Ms Nickel I had to get out of class early again she was like "What.. AGAIN!?".. I think I should just tell her that I'll have to be out early for the rest of the week instead of always going up to her. Well not like I have anything to do in that block either, the darkroom's always packed with people now. It's impossible for me to get anything done.

We got to put up our alternative for doubles. Well, I think we're gonna be able to let all our alternatives play their matches this season. =D More spots for us. Today it was...Andy and Keli....Julian and Adam.....Peter and Corey. They played some pretty good matches. Lol.. We weren't really paying attention to our matches, just Brian and Nathan's. They ranked 5th I think. Andy & Keli got top 4....Peter and Corey top 8.. Julian and Adam almost made it [Good try you guys] Ah I can't wait for tomorrow. Ms Piercy's giving Seniors half a gym and grade 8s have the other half.

O yea, today was Mexican Monday. HAH.. I didn't see anyone dressed up. FH's school spirits gone down the drain. Kapooted...I think they had the Big 2 tournament at lunch. Wonder what's tomorrow... Texas...Texan [?] Tuesday. Ok well, I should have begun with it's multicultural week.

I got up at 11 this morning. Well it would have been 10 if not for Day Light Saving, spoke to Brandon on the phone lol and he asked what time it was. "It's 11 but it should be 10.....It's 10.. but it's actually 11." "So what time is it?"..."Hey! I just got up!..It should be......" ..."No! What time is it now!". lol

My parents went out to go look at cars and Joey was about to head out to Erma to welcome the Mexican students who are gonna be here for a month. They're doing stuff with my sister's class. So I bladed out there with her, Selena and Pepper to get some pictures. We waited... and waited.. and waited... and waited somemore. Mr Briske and Ms Vishnak? Visnak?.. they were counting how many people from their classes were there. Lol Ms Briske goes "Well I'm counting Joey's sister too". =P Chelsey brought Tyson with her so Pepper had a.. "friend" there with him. Those two were gonna rip each other apart. After waiting for a good 30-45 minutes, they finally arrived.. IN LIMOs. Pretty snazzy. There were all these passer-bys wondering what we were all doing. It was a really nice day to be outside =D Tons-o-sun!

Downloaded and watched "The 40 year old virgin" [comes with laughing at certain parts of the movie and additional characters...aka...shadows of people who had too much to drink before the movie].. Mmm.. then I got me more music =)..Got some Iron and Wine, Neverending White Lights and Eels. =D.... In other words.. I didn't really do anything. The weather really limits it.

Later on, Uncle SH and family came over for dinner. We had steamboat. Not my favourite, but I survived =P. Aww DY's so cute. Joey brought out the bouncing Tigger for him to play with.
