Joey's teacher, Ms Briske, came over for tea yesterday. My parents and her talked about the Graduates of Erma Stephenson and the grad DVD and yearbook and stuff. My parents are gonna do an all year DVD for them next year. We watched the ICF [Intensive Core French] DVD as well as Pepper's "Florida Vacation" with Leah.

Went out to school once again today to pick up report cards [It seems I can't get enough of that place even when school's out. Haha]. Well, I met a buncha people there. We have now created a "Summer Group". We went from "Badminton Group" to "almost falling apart group" to..... I still have to think of a name for this new one. Humm.. so yea, went up to Huzyk's to get my report card and then bumped into Jensen on the way out so I followed him around. We were supposed to get together to discuss our plans for Canada Day. I think we have everything worked out, even though there was no talking done. Lol. Talked to Mr Nguyen and Derbyshire for a bit. They were handing out the Graduation 06 DVDs. It's so cool. Mr Nguyen got pictures printed on the discs and everything. Very very cool. I should have brought my camera out. The one day I decide not to, there's so much to take pictures of. Wanta brought Jenna over to us and I think it was Mr Derbyshire that said, "She looks just like David! It's the eyes." Haha! That's hilarious. She's so cute! =D! And she's so shy too; kept hitting her head on Wanta's chest to hide her face. Think of all the brain cells she's killing each time she knocks her head forward. XD But awwww~ Yes, report cards! I got... an A [95%]for Work Experience, an A [88%]for Socials, a B [77%] in math [Thank God!], and a C+ [69%] [Dahbble-u-tee-eff?] in photography. I was like, whoa.... I did better in Math than I did in photography?! So anyhoo, I bumped into Lily afterwards and she said I had to go see Ms Nickel. Muaha, so she added my video project mark in and it went from...69% to 87%.. C+ to an A?! So I thought I'd do pretty darn bad this semester, but in the end, I did better than I had expected. =)

After that, I went over to Diane's and we took the bus down to Guildford [Well the bus was full so my dad ended up driving us down]. Semi-annual sales are going on now. I suppose some stores were quite reasonable. Others, ehh, not so much.... SALE from 49.50$ to 39.50$!! Whoo hoo?!? So the purpose of this shopping trip was to find bathing suits for Saturday. I was thinking of getting shorts but after walking from one end of Guildford to the other, I gave up and ended up getting the matching bottoms of the bikini top I got from Wal-mart. That's probably the nicest and most reasonably priced bikini out of all the ones in Guildford.

We went back to the bus station and there was a guy who wobbled towards me. He was pretty freaky. Walks right up to me and starts talking to himself. He said he was from Newfoundland and that he loved it there. I got up and went to sit with Diane. Then he kept apologizing to everyone coz he was talking pretty loudly. And the thing is, I don't think he meant any harm at all. He was just so unpredictable and jumpy. A biker drove by and he waved at him and said it was his friend from "Newfie". I thought he was gonna go running onto the road for one sec. After that, he took out a beer and mumbled to himself that he's gonna stop smoking and drinking. Then he opened the beer and started drinking. He looked down the road and there was someone with curly hair. I coulda sworn it was Jane from there. Then the guy goes, ah Japanese girl... I can speak Japanese.. konichiwa!!.. Well turned out I was right! Jane came by and all of us turned around and Diane was talking to her as she walked by. The guy thought we were talking to him. Sorry? He says. I mean, at least he understood what people were telling him. He hopped onto every bus that came by, said something to the bus drivers then got off. He reached into his backpack and pulled out a stack of envelopes then out of that, took out a photo. He said it was a picture of his 7 year old daughter and that he missed her. Then he kissed the photo. Aww~ =(. Well then he went on talking about how he likes when people tell the truth and that he knows judo. Everything was so random. I think if he wasn't so jumpy and rugged, people would have talked to him. So our bus finally comes and most of the people got on. The dude jumps on like he did with every bus and said, "I'd like to give some advice. Keep the stick on the ice!" Then the bus driver, "Yes that's good advice, now could you please get of the bus." Ah...well I found that interesting. Canada's coming up on Saturday and hockey's Canada's sport. =P

So I thought today was gonna be a regular badminton day. Rally and then go home and laze around in my oven of a house. But Deano came back last night so we decided to chill. Lmao I was out on the deck last night at around 9 on the phone with her. Pepper ran out coz there was something running across our fence. I sat out there for a bit and each time I saw something, I'd cut Diane off, "OMG OMG OMG OMG THERE'S SOMETHING OUT THERE!". And each time I'd do that, my mom would poke her head out the window, "What?! Where?!"...Lmao.. "Chipmunks!...I swear they're chipmunks!"... So my mom put some bird feed or hamster feed or..whatever it was out in the birdhouse. I just sat there and continued watching. Then I eventually gave up guessing what they were and went back inside while my mom and sis sat there with a flashlight trying to figure out what was running across our fence. Well, they figured out, before the flashlight died, that they were rats, not chipmunks. =P.. Hehehe..my bad?

Ah ok on to today. Yea played badminton. Didn't think many people were gonna show up but there were quite a few. Cept SYLVIA! Who missed her bus! And went back home!! Beano's gotten way better now. Even Waina said so. But still goPs a long ways to go. Anyhoo, we decided to meet up at the waterpark to hang out, cool down and stuff. Peter drove me and Beano back to my place to grab my change and then we headed back out. Ahh the water is still UBER cold! It's either too hot, or too cold! I'm never at the right temperature! Lol Then Brandon says I complain too much! We laid out on the grass while Deano had her "plank" as she calls it. XD.. The deck. Then I apparently tripped these 2 little.. no not little.. there was a huge kid on a little one and they got squished after "tripping" over my legs. XD Then all of us [Me, Lily, Krissy, Diane, Peter, Brando]went to Esso for lunch. We split... wait no.. I got the chicken.. Peter got the wedges and the slushie. Jensen, Jane, Clarence and Sandra dropped by then left. After we were done, we were outside Java and I phoned Jensen a hundred times but my phone was dying and he wouldn't pick up. Then eventually he phoned me back and asked why I called. "Hey where are you guys?"...."Umm...In Java.."..."Oh.. well we're outside Java" *turn around and walk inside* HEY!

Yea so everyone came back to my place and we hung out on the deck and ate Agar-Agar [a.k.a jelly]. Everyone loved it and since my mom was trying to get rid of it all, haha we put it out and it was gone in minutes.
Brando: "Mm what are those white things"
Me: "Lychee [Lai-chee]"
Brando: "O lychees? [Lee-chees]"
Me: "No Brandon, LAI CHEE"
Brando: "LEEE CHEES!!!!!!"

Jensen and "the gang" stopped by a while after, along with Davido. So we just chilled and talked. Had some freezies. At the end of it all, it was just Me, Diane, Lilo, Krissy haha the "Coolio Gang". =P Last day of badminton tomorrow =(. Then I think Thursday we get report cards. Then I probably won't be doing anything on Friday and then Saturday we're planning on going down to English Bay for Canada Day. Maybe catch some fireworks if there is any. Gonna be cool.

Went for drop in badminton at school again today. On my way out I picked me up some...um..brunch. Mmmm..then headed for FH. Jensen and Waina were already there rallying. Hoo man it was so very hot. I think it hit 28 degrees out today. Yea that probably doesn't seem much but oh it was hot. Maybe coz I was out in the sun. =P. I've been out there since Friday! 6 hours on Friday... a little bit on Saturday... Sunday out all day.. And today..well you'll find out soon how long I was out today. Brandon being the crazy person he is was wearing a toque! @_@

K so I rallied with Corey for a bit. Then we played mix against Jensen and Waina. They beat us one.. then we won one! Then... we lost 17-15? 17-14? Very very close. O well. Lol I'm always playing on Jensen's side. Now I know how people feel when they serve to Jensen. He smashed at me so many times! Then Waina kept smashing at me too! Ah after that we watched for a bit. Apparently Peter, Corey and Brandon were at the rec on Saturday hanging out and then they played badminton. Darn I shoulda gone. Peter was coaching Beano Lol.. so now he can clear better and smash a lot better. Haha I see some improvement. =P After that we watched Corey and David play singles. Followed by Jensen and David. Then just rallied with Brando until it got wayyy too hot. Lol He was game...kept wanting to play.. I, on the other hand was about to collapse.

We headed to the waterpark to cool off. Ah that was good. The water was ICY COLD. And there were SO many kids there!!! All you had to do was step onto the black area and immediately you get drenched. Boys running around with buckets and waterguns. Ah but it was refreshing. After that we just basked in the sun. Laid there until everything got uber hot again then another round of water. You can't really see it in the picture but Beano's got devil horns. Ah hah he was fumbling with his shorts and he made a bag out of them. Tied a knot and voila.. a bag...ingenious he says. Haha...Came home for some strawberry smoothies and now here I am =). More badminton tomorrow? =P

So Joey knocks on my door this morning just before 10 and says someone's on the phone for me:

Shuj:..O....WELL I'M HERE!

Ah too funny. So I hop out of bed all excited haha...ran outta my room..Shujun's here!!!!! I was planning on just chilling with her downtown for the day but since she suprised me by coming one day ahead I didn't exactly have anything planned. My parents and Joey went down to Richmond for the day to pick strawberries and so I bussed and skytrained down to Metro to meet Shuj. Just so you all know, I went to MGS with Shujun for 3 years and we've been good friends since Primary 4, ah good times good times. So I walked out to the bus stop and I had perfect timing. 2 minutes after I get there, the bus arrives. Haha I'm so proud. When we got to Guildford I realized Grace was on the same bus! Lol.. Whatta coincidence. So we talked and hopped on the second bus and caught up. She was on her way out to church so we went to Surrey Central together.

I arrived at Metro about an hour early so I decided to do a little window shopping. Usually I'd think shopping alone would be kinda boring. But it was actually pretty cool. I walked through so many stores I usually wouldn't even step in. Then I bumped into Jennifer. Found out she works at Tristan now. So that's 2 graduates from FH I saw today. Well I met Shuj and her family at Coast Mountain Sports and we hung out. Skytrained downtown and hung around the Vancouver Art Gallery. Apparently today's National Aboriginal Day so they had, I guess you would call them...natives, in their fancy costumes and stuff. Pretty interesting. Well we got bored of that so we decided to head some place else. Me and my very bad tour guide skills. We just basically walked and talked and caught up. What would people usually talk about... Their school life..social life... yes. We walked out to Waterfront.. Canada Place and just watched the cruise ships and sea planes.

We skytrained back to Metro to meet everyone and these people they met on their cruise. There was this korean lady and this I think philipino guy. They were cool. So they brought us to this.. korean restaurant but it was full. Weird thing.. when we came out... there was this old korean guy who put a sign behind the car and opened this lady's car door and beeped the horn. It was ther weirdest thing ever. Who opens someone else's car door and honks at them to tell them they can't park there. He's like you can't park here.. see the sign!! Lol. It wasn't there before!!!! Well the weirder thing is she didn't lock her car door. So we ended up going to another korean restaurant. Now I've never had korean food before.. it was... interesting. There were appetizers.. a mix of... vegetables.. cooked as well as uncooked.. pickled as well as ...unpickled? Lol.. Then there was a weird rosti/pizza lookalike thing with a buncha seafood in it. Then....there was the main dish which was... this thing.. A pot of.. red. soup.. with huge chunks of bone and meat. Lol.. "Dessert" was a barley-like drink that apparently helps the food digest.

Well today was uber fun. Right now, my feet and the heat [woot rhymage] are killing me. I think I'll go downstairs to watch a movie or something. Adios!

For some strange reason I managed to get up early this morning....on my own that is. 8:30 ish and I was up. Hmm...de-ja-vu...Summer 05's happening all over again...somewhat different.. yet..it's all the same. Brandon phoned me around 9 to ask for the rec schedule and if I wanted to play badminton. I remember last summer, the only 2 people who'd phone me in the morning at that "unearthly" hour would be Jim and Beano. Brandon always at 10:30... Jimmy always half an hour later. Haha.

Anyhooooo... We left for PLAYLAND [ok well the Pacific Coliseum next to Playland] for my interview. =D. Cahrazeee..I went inside and there were LOTSA LOTSA people!! All these people with their name tags and everything. Well we had to wait for a while for everyone to sign in. Then we went into this room with a whole lotta tables and balloons. Each of us had numbers for our groups and thus began the interviews. We had ice breakers.. brain teasers... stuff like that. First thing we had to do was introduce ourselves and name our favourite ride at Playland. Then we were given pipecleaners and had to work together to make something when you think about the PNE. Lol I took 3 pipecleaners.. red and white... and bound them together... and VOILA.. THE HELLEVATOR!! After that we did some questions... brain storming bout what makes a good employee at Playland.. yatta yatta.. at the end we had to do a MATH TEST. Ewie! It was pretty easy.. but then try doing all that math with a large number of hungry customers waiting in line infront of you. So I find out that there are second interviews which happen in July! =(! I won't be here!! The guy said I should leave a message on the answering machine in case someone does decide to phone. I went outside after the interview.. My mom had the cell so I couldn't call her. I had to borrow this girl's phone. *grumbles*... Now I can say.. I need a phone!!!! *hint hint* We headed to Guildford for lunch after... did some last minute trip shopping. =P It's not over yet! I still gotta come out with Diane sometime to pick up some stuff. I need new shoes.. Hehe! Mine are about to fall apart! Infact... all 100 pairs are! Lol.. I picked out a bikini top..so now I need Diane to help me pick out some nice boarder shorts to go with it =P.

It was a very very very very very HOT day today. I think I'm dying.. I've been out in the sun for 2 days straight! Hmm what else happened today.... D'OH! I have inherited my dad's iPod. It's not uber old but it's not uber new either... 20gb.. I think I can live with that. Been having lotta problems with deciding where to put my music.. Coz we have a home central where all the music is. But then that means I have no tunes on my laptop! Gasp! No tunes?! Well.....I think.. the heat has gotten to me.. And I should go lie down. Strawberry picking tomorrow perhaps?

[Erma Stephenson Sports Day 2006]

Diane got mad at me coz I didn't blog bout yesterday lol so here it is. Yesterday was our Socials provincial. Ick. Played badminton 2 hours before and got my blood pumping. Lol.. Played some mix with Jensen against Slade and Sylvia then Sylv and I rallied Slade for the LONGEST time. I haven't worked that hard since Washington! Our faces were flushed by the end of that uber long session. Beano came by to play for a bit then we all headed out to the caf for our provincial. First Pocock says you need your student PEN #. So I write it on a piece of scrap paper but then we AREN'T allowed any paper with us. THEN... they say they HAVE our number and it's all printed on these stickies that go on the exam booklets. Grr.. And the weird thing was.. there were no dividers. It would be so easy to cheat off the person sitting beside you. They realized that half an hour into the exam lol...It was so quiet and the sky was so clear outside... I was just sitting there looking out the window...umm...thinking! about my....essay!... lol.. Then all of a sudden Mr Emerson slams a divider block between me and Diane... well .. that got me started. I think I did alright on the first essay. The second one, not so good. Hehe... I had no idea what to write..Just kept rambling on and on. Partway through, Diane's pen runs outta ink. XD And she starts scribbling all over her page. Ah too funny. "S'cuse me.......my..pen ran out.."...You fail!

Hung out with Troy and Brandon after and we waited out on the stairs for everyone to finish. Diane came over and we hung out. We haven't done that for the longest time. Back in the Winter she used to come over every Friday!! Yea.. well there wasn't much to do cept talk. She'll be gone for the weekend so I won't see her til next week. Tomorrow I have my interview for the PNE. *Gulp*... Sunday.... what's happening on Sunday...nothing.. Monday/Tuesday, Shuj gets back from her cruise and we're gonna chill downtown =) Mwahaha!

It was a perfect day out. Joey and I got over to Erma at around 8:30 and I went to go look for Ms Briske. The day started off with the bike parade. I helped set up and then went to go look for Mrs Rovtar. =)...I stood at the window for a while then one by one the kids turned to look at me. Ah good times in that class =). It was quite busy in there with 2 kindergarten classes and Mrs R trying to get all the kids with "bikes, scooters......ok wheels!" out for the parade. Everyone was out on the back field and it's basically, the kids decorate their bikes and scooters... rollerblades... skateboards with whatever house colour they are; Red, Blue, Green, White. Well I thought I was working with Ms Briske but turned out she was just the teacher in charge of the contracts. So.... I got put with the primary games with Ms Watson, "The Sponge Toss". What the kids had to do was throw a sponge ball with water over to a bucket with this....I don't know what you call it. It's like lacrosse cept... the kid version of it. Lol. Some kids could get every shot in, others... eh not so much. Well they had fun; I got wet. Haha. Imagine flying sponge balls dropping from above you. I don't know how they managed to get them that high up but it happened.

After the primary games were over, I didn't know what I was supposed to do. I mean I had a contract that said 6 hours so I probably had to be there all day. But there was nothing for me to do. So, I headed over to the intermediate field to watch their events. Ah there was this kid with one of them..Rice field hats. So cute~. I walked everywhere! But... couldn't find Jo Jo...I saw Monica.. I saw Vivian... I saw Eileen... But nope.. no Joey.. Maybe coz she's on the white team and the sun was so glary.. she just blended right in... Lol..Some games were pretty interesting. There was, tube tossing...cup..stacking? Hmm...basketball..Towel volley ball..Buncha relay games.. hockey.. And this one I liked a lot [They had to slide across a flat sheet covered in soapy water]:

Ah. Well I baked in the sun for about 2 hours and lunch finally came. We got 2 hotdogs, a bag of chips and a juice box each. Hung around with Chad for a bit and then went to look for Joey. I step into her class and all I hear is, "Hi Joey's sister!"......".....I mean... Jamie!". I'm forever gonna be known as "Joey's sister" and Melissa's always gonna be "Monica's sister" Haha. Still had about a half hour to kill so I went out with Jo and her friends to the playground. I soaked up even more sun. Really should have worn shorts. Crazy to be wearing jeans out in that heat.

After lunch, Primary students went to the waterpark, intermediate headed out to the back field for some Tug-Of-War. Chad and I hung out on the field for a bit then it was pretty much watching for the rest of the day. You see a whole lotta kids spread out on the field cheering for their teams when all of a sudden the sprinklers turn on and cheers turn to screams. So here are the results:

1st - Blue
2nd - Red
3rd - Green
4th - White

Whoopee? Ok... My skin...is so...itchy now from standing in the sun all day. I just felt like sharing that. =P

[School's out]

...for summer...

The first day of Summer holiday and I get up earlier than usual. Lol.. Well.. 9:30 to go play badminton at school. There was open gym from 10 to 12. I thought I was pretty early but.. everyone was already there rallying. Corey, Brando, Jensen, Tony, Waina..... The buncha grade 8s. Sylv came a bit later. O yea Wanta and Jane...etc..

I think I played well today. Played with Corey, Waina and Beano. Then after that long rally, played mix with Jensen against Corey and David. Game was....so so... Lotsa running and very intense. But hmm...guess it would be better if we had won haha. But it was a close game. =T..

After badminton, we hung out in the cafeteria. I was waiting for Brandon and he was running alllll over the place. First he had to get his forms in to Mr Nguyen who wasn't to be found anywhere. So I watched him run all over school up and down stairs. Then Mahli comes by and takes his soccer ball. Brandon was joking with him and asked if he wanted the ball then Mahli just...takes it....alright *takes ball*....*walks away* bye Brandon!. Waited the longest time for this guy. lol..We finally got out of the school a good 15 minutes later.

Well we hung out. We had grilled cheese and ham and watched the soccer game. Then looked through some videos and a couple of my slideshows. I got him to sign my yearbook; he wrote the first chapter of "The Chronicles of the Wise Men". Still has to finish the story.

Now.... I'm watching Live in Texas on my laptop. Ah Linkin Park. Haven't listened to them in ages. Forgot how much I used to like them. I like every single one of their songs.

Wow today was very uneventful. I did absolutely nothing. In SS, I don't even knowwhat we were doing. Mr Pocock talked a bit about the .. senate? Then break came. Diane and I went in to see Ms Thomas to change our schedules. I was gonna take out Beginners Japanese and Comparative Civics and switch it with......Desktop Publishing and Tourism. But Ms Thomas said there isn't a point in me taking Tourism if that's not what I want to get into after highschool... so I think.... My courses are:

Finished off the Grad DVDs for Mr Nguyen then played some badminton with Sylvia at lunch. Lmao, Mr Scarlet was playing. He's hilarious. He lost to this guy at lunch and he screamed so loud. And lotsa swearing. I think he's gonna get fired soon. So after lunch I went to photography and sat there for the longest time. After a good 10 minutes I decided to leave. Went out to clear my locker then called home but the car was out and I couldn't reach my mom so.... more sitting. But this time I had tv monitors on both my left and right, one playing the World Cup and the other the Graduation. Lol I hung out with Troy, Dustin, Tyler for a bit. Ms Macrae seemed to be after us though.

So that was my last day of Grade 11....."crazy" eh?

Tomorrow's the last day of grade 11. Doesn't feel like I've been through all that much since last September. I'll remember all the short stories we had to read in English, Ms Koch's very very mousy voice, the most number of presentations I've ever had to do in a year @_@. Marketing, first class I've ever had no friends at all. Earthscience, best course ever! Hmm what was the last one... Textiles, yea... I learned... some..... stuff...Made a jacket that my mom's currently still wearing, so it can't be bad. =P.. Math, final was today and I'm so glad it's over...On to math 12? Ah~! Photography, don't pour out the stop until there's water in the tray...if you forget.....get outta the room quick and leave the vents on high! Ah SS, provincial coming up on Thursday. Good times good times with the Dee-ster, Sylvino... Wanta and Jane constantly calling Mr Pocock. David's many visits. [Gawd I sound like I'm in grade 12 and there's no tomorrow or something].

Sylvia and I were drawing at break and she drew her signature "potato" which we now call "Puberty Potato".

So I said..Sylvia... potatoes don't have leaves and spikes on their backs.
Sylv: Yes they DO
Me: No they don't! They....THEY GROW IN THE GROUND!
Sylv: They have leaves!......They're roots!
Me:They're tubers!
Sylv:When they're exposed in the air for a while, leaves start to grow! They're roots!
Me: They're tubers! That's when they get old!
Sylv:Hey ey ey, my potato ain't old! He's just very mature!

Ah man.

At lunch, I rushed through the dry grad stuff for Nguyen. They get this hypnotist every year and I was watching that segment. It's so weird! I wonder if it's real. There's about 30 empty chairs on the stage and he goes "Ok, whoever's interested may calmly walk up to the stage and grab a chair". As soon as he says that, a whole buncha grade 12s rush up from their seats and scramble onto the stage. XD... So those are the graduating grade 12s? Haha. So yea he puts them all to sleep and does weird things. Like..make them laugh at a joke... really really hard laughing too. He made them drive an airplane. And shoot each other with guns O_O. Well it was pretty amusing. Can't wait for our grad.

After school I hung out with Beano and Jim for a bit. Then everyone left and it was just me and Jim. He was drawing me in my yearbook then Dustin dropped by and we talked for a while. Jon comes by and goes Jimmy wth is that. . So Jim drew a picture of Jon, posing. XD

So the past 2 weeks have been pretty rocky. Lotsa ups and downs. Ah I can't wait til we leave on the 4th. One month away. Then I'll be back and hopefully have a paying job to go to. My interview for the PNE is this Saturday. Woot.

Ah man... Country Fair 06. I remember every single one. First year, Joey and I went with TK and Jo got to ride the pony and the huge carriage. Second year, I hung out with the coolio gang and I think and yes. Third year... hung with Davido and everyone came over and we watched The Ring? Gothika? Last year...David ditched us for his homies.. haha. Wow...there's been that many Country Fairs? Hmmm that can't be. Anyhoo..

My day... started off with the SS mock final. I guess it was somewhat easier since we had the practice final first and almost a half of the questions were repeated. The essays weren't too bad. Discuss humans affected the environment and Canadians after WWI. The whole class was silent then Sharon and Alicia call Mr P over and tell him there's a "flying....buzzing thing.." up there. Mr P goes..where? Jme do you see anything?. I point at it and then he took a roll of paper and WHACKED it! It exploded into like... a hundred segments! Eesh.

I played badminton at lunch with Waina. We went crazy with the smashing. *Smash* *Drop* *Clear* *Smash*...and it goes on. Lol... Yea we basically did that all lunch hour. After lunch I went to photography and finished all my assignements =). Photoshop assignments in... Vignetting in.... Aii.. next.. Video project. Ugh.. we just had to dilly-dally.

Math came.....We did the written part of our final? Our blocks were shortened so I didn't think we were doing a final today. =S Well...it was easier than the mock? I can't say it was uber easy...Just easier. At the end of the block we got our yearbooks and tickets for the free hotdog, chips and pop. =P We were given an hour or so to sign year books. The entire cafeteria was FULL of people. Diane and I went around... well we started off in the caf on one of the tables and people just came and went. Then people stopped coming lol so we had to go look for some. Went upstairs and we hung out with Peter.. Jensen.. Julian.. Jane.. Sandra...etc. I don't know who started it. But Jensen was chasing Diane around with a pen. Then he attacked me with a pen! And I chased him down. And lol we surrounded him. =P..Poor guy.. he had pen all over his face by the end of it. Hehe. Adam and Jimmy had people sign their arms, faces, stomachs. Lol At the end of school, Noog wanted me to come in to do some final touches on the Grad DVD. Graduation 06 Part I... complete.. I had to rush home to drop off my books then head out to Erma for work. This year it was the Country Store. Man that place was busy busy busy and checking for the prices was NOT easy. Had to memorize both ticket amount as well as cash amount. Guess it was fun. And it was good coz this year they had an actual coordinator in charge and everything was in order. So I could be sure that there'd be a shift after and leave when mine was over. =P. Ashish came by to take some photos. Then I headed out with him. I was dying to check out the cowboy hats hehehe. So him and I looked through a couple and I finally decided on one. Tracy and Carlo came by and they tried on some too. Haha...Yea pink is definately Carlo's colour. =P Met Diane and the gang at the front of Erma. Or actually Ashish and I were heading towards the village when I heard someone screaming my name. And then realized that Diane was behind us. Brandon met us there too. He wore my hat and it totally matched his outfit. Everyone called him a lil safari boy. Lol. It's like he was dressed to match my hat. Peter and Sam had their crazy balloon hats. =P From there we just walked around... Got some food. Beano had this massive burger from Vera's. It was monstrous. Huge piece of meat.. pickles.. onions.. mustard.. lettuce...tomatoes..everything. So yes we walked...Diane got this chicken terriyaki thing from Chester's. It was uber salty.

Brandon had a craving for oreos. So we ended up ditching everyone to go get money and then oreos from Nesters. Then I bumped into Simmy and we hung out for a bit while he played soccer with tha group of koreans. After that, I found Diane again. We were sitting outside where all the tables were watched Corey do his crazy tricks on his uni. Too cool too cool lol. I told him he should put a hat out and do something crazy and get some $$$. He brought me to play the..umm...I forget what it's called. But you shoot a basketball into a hoop. And then they put these goggles on you that simulate having had 3 beers. So everything's kinda blurry and you can't see straight. It was weird! We went for ice cream after that and our group was back together again lol. We split so many times. There was a band playing so we were watching that for a bit. David and Julian got up there and started dancing. Ah man.. priceless. Oh oh oh... David's shirt. Man...That's ingenious. You see this white guy wearing a red shirt with chinese words on it that say "White person".

Well I was supposed to meet Beano at the FHR before 8 so Jimbo, Camy, Cory and I went to look for him. Well he wasn't there so we played some football with Jeff and Kristen at the gravel field behind FH. I had so many people calling me. Diane was wondering were I was... then Brandon finally called. So he said he was in the middle of the fair by Coco's. Jimmy and I got all excited so we ran to Coco's to look for him. Lmao we probably looked like such fools. Turning all over the place looking for this guy only to find he was standing behind us .. yes infront of Coco's... but quite a distance away. Him and Nick were standing there laughing their heads off. Evil! So Bran and I went to get a drink and then headed for Erma. When we got there. David pulls me over to this.. pile of boxes and Diane stands by me. Then they tell me to read some number on the top. So as I leaned forward... Julian pops outta the box. O god.. Diane and I screamed so loud. And apparently it was Diane's idea too! Ahhh.. lol.. I think I was the only victim. Alex was smart enough. Haha. So we were out on the field for a bit. Then Beano and I started walking back. Everyone else.. trailed behind. lol.. far behind.

We hung out.. talked.. Same old same old. Julian and Alice left for a movie. Then Sandra and Jane left. We talked til pretty late. Then it got really late so everyone had to go. Ah this was a good year. Didn't think this fair was gonna be that great.

So I'm in the computer lab editing the Grad Dinner Dance 06. One night.... but SO MUCH FOOTAGE. And there were 2 cameras out that night which means double of everything. @_@.. Well, I've been in here since lunch time so that means by the end of today, I would have put in 3 hours and 45 minutes of my time. And this is just the Dinner and Dance. Next up is the Dry Grad and Commencement. Meep! Hmmm I wanna get a video camera. Maybe in due time. =P... Capture every moment of our grade 12 year and make it into a video. Ah.. Just watching this year's grads makes me want ours to come up.

Tomorrow's the Country Fair. Somehow, I'm not looking forward to it as much as recent years. Well... it's gonna be fun.. but maybe not as fun as it has been. O yea, tomorrow we get our yearbooks and apparently Fabiano shortened all the blocks and took out an hour at the end of the day for a Students Appreciation barbeque. =D We get to sign our yearbooks then. Too cool.

Today started off with the Awards Assembly, same old same old, second class honors, first class honors, followed by other little awards. I got first class as usual.......and some School Leadership Minor award. I don't know if that ties in with the athletic leadership award. Mm... some people say it's for FHN. Perchance? Buncha strange and new awards this year. It's like they're making things up now.

Lunch happened... then I did my math mock final after. =S! Oh em jee! The horror!.. lol.. Let's just say I'm going to pass math with a better grade than next year. Maybe not with flying colours though. There were so many...new borns in our school. Ok well.. I mean teachers are having babies. Ms Robinson's pregnant with her second chid. Ms Hepperle just had her second. Mr Gill brought his cute little daughter to school today and so did Mr Knight. Lol.. Mr Nguyen looks at him and goes "..Some of the students thought you were fired.....is that your rental baby? Due back at...what.. 5 o'clock? You got 15 minutes.. they charge extra when it's past the time so you better go."

Afterschool we had our Junior - Senior badminton wind up. Mr Slade has one every year with Pizza and pop. Mmmm....So it was just Jrs and Srs rallying and setting up games. Sylvia and I got ka-pwned by Waina and Christen [who is in grade 5!] She's one scary little girl. We "shake" hands after our game and man she friggin... SCRATCHED me!... I was like ..*jaw drops*.. She dug her nails into my palm! I didn't wanna go near her after lmao. Yes, Jme was scared of a 10 year old girl. David and Jensen played...Mark and Steve? They lost.. BUT... BUT BUT.. they were playing with their left hand.. so that doesn't count. =P..Hmm o yea Tony Bologne came by to play too. Yea.. wasn't much. We had our pizza and pop after... just hung out... talked for a bit...And that's that... Season officially...over..=(

So Mr Nguyen comes in last block of the day to ask me if I can film commencement again. Aiii.. lol.. He came to pick me up around 6ish and we headed to Sullivan. Everything from last year happened all over again, just with less familiar faces and a lot more boring grad write-ups. Our year's gonna be so much better. At the end, the yearbook crew did a little presentation, a slideshow of their 5 years in highschool. When I saw that, I was like... dayum.. I'm gonna make one. Mr Nguyen said so too. But he said I should do videos. Oohhh man that'd be awesome. A video of our entire highschool year. Cept.... I don't have footage of us in grade 8-10.. Pictures maybe. I felt like.... a VIP...I had my media pass and everyone let me in and I had front row seats ahhh. =P Next year's gonna be awesome... As for now.. time to work on that social studies cheat sheet for our practice test tomorrow [Yes we're allowed a cheat sheet]

Yesterday was David's turn to celebrate his birthday. Well his birthday's not until tomorrow but...yes.. Diane and I met Corey at Guildford to pick up his presents. Adam joined us a little while after. I had to pick up some stuff and so did Corey. He wanted to get a hockey stick coz apparently a buncha them are playing on Sunday. So we were walking around the mall with him holding a huge hockey stick. We went to Purdys and there was this long tube kinda like a wrapping paper tube and I asked what it was. Corey looks at me and goes.. Um.. it's wrapping paper? Coz yno... you wanna wrap the chocolate? And I found that too funny. Diane and I couldn't stop laughing at him. Well I couldn't get why you would need that much wrapping paper. Adam picked it up and tried to figure out what it was. Then the lady said not to touch it coz it was chocolate and not wrapping paper...Haha.. Corey goes..O.......Well after walking for the longest time we finally decided to head over to Red Robin's. We were about 20 minutes early. Diane called David and found out he was STILL home and he DIDN'T make reservations!!! Friday night! No reservations!??!!? So we stood out there for a while... Saw a whole lotta people... Janette... Erica.. Rachel...Mr Milross..

When David finally came... he had to rush off to go beg Wanta's parents to let her come out. Lol.. So yea we had to wait SOMEMORE...But this time he got us a table before leaving. After I think a good 45 minutes everyone finally came. Ah.. Lol Noog was colouring in the kid's menu. He's very good at the mazes.. lol did it all in one stroke without lifting the crayon. "That's the right career path"... Adam's path is the red line that goes straight from start to finish haha. Julian showed up a little while after too. So that was a good turn out. All FH people lol [Haha Dave..it's cool it's cool]. There were SO many FH people in there. Jessica, Amanda and them were having dinner.. so was Manveer..... Janette... stuff like that.. lol..Mr Nguyen, Jane and Wanta snuck out for a while to get David a cake and to tell the Reds people that it was David's birthday. Apparently it was Manveer's birthday too so they did the whole Red Robin's birthday song thing. Lol.. O and the sundae can't forget that. Lol.

After dinner, Diane, Sylv, Noog and I went to pick up a movie and we all headed back to David's. Ah Mr Nguyen's so funny. We were walking towards Blockbuster and we were about to walk up the stairs when he runs and goes "Last one up's a rotten egg!!!!" Lmao Diane and Sylvia start running. So apparently now I'm rotten egg. XD On the way to Davdi's he goes "So.....it's gossip time. Let's hear the team gossip". Hahaha. He dropped us off at Dave's and everyone was playing pool, air hockey... stuff like that. He's got everything lol. Diane decides to pick Ju-on. Oh....em....jee... Tony and Jensen dropped by for the movie too. Omg... so it's like.. Jensen, Jane, Sandra and Diane on the couch.. then Adam on the rocking chair and I'm in front of him and there's one part at the beginning where the girl walks into the house. She opens the door and a hand touches her foot. Omg Adam decides to hit my foot and I screamed! Ahh! Julian and Adam were sneaking around the house trying to scare us. Lol... When Wanta left.. she got up..."Bye Jamie bye Diane bye Sandra bye Jane bye Jensen bye creepy-man-outside-the-window".......Jensen, Jane, Sandra, and Diane froze........their expressions were priceless. Then all of them turned around to look out the window *no one there*... then they turned around again. Corey and David were there and all of them shrieked. Ah man. No one dared to use the bathroom either. Jane was so scared. She made Diane go in there with her. Julian and David followed after. 2 seconds after they go in you hear screaming and a LOT of fumbling for the doorknob. Ah man....hahah... It was horrible. I was sitting next to Adam and he was being weird. I was about to poke his face and he decides to leap at me and scream. Omg..I haven't screamed like that since the "Krissy-Well" incident [Lmao Diane..good times]. Well Tony gave Diane and I rides home. Fun night... apart from the fact that I was scared of that stupid boy in the movie when I got into bed O_O....

Ah So Jme turns/ed 17 today. I've lived 17 years?! Well seventeen but still sweet. =P Peter gave me his other half of the present today or actually maybe it's the full thing. So he walks up to me and pulls out a black bag and hands it over to me. In it is a white t-shirt with lotsa lotsa writing all over it in all different colours. It smelled like sharpies. XD. It took me a while to get through all the signatures and birthday wishes. =D.. Apparently Peter came back the day after the party when I was out watching movies. Lucky for him I went out coz badminton was cancelled...Unless....it was all planned...lol..My mom, dad, sis AND Pepper signed it... I love it. Thanks Peter! ....And everyone else who signed it. =). Sandy drew a.....um.... bra? On the back?... I wasn't sure what it was at first. It kinda looked like a pair of glasses but then it has a ribbon in the middle. *shifty eyes*... But it's on the back of the T. =S. Aw but I can't wear it coz the ink's gonna run when it gets wet.

Now I'm sitting in the library working on my photo essay. Well...."working"... *slash*....*blogging*. I printed off some quotes and titles. Probably gonna head back to class after break and develop more photos. Grr I got developer on my white Washington shirt. >=(

Ah boy Diane's too funny. There's something wrong with my MP3 player. The songs keep skipping for some reason. =S! So everytime the songs skipped, I'd be like "Arrrghh!!". I had an old battery sitting on my desk and Diane picks it up and holds it in my face *battery?*. Ah she's so funny. Sylvia was pms-ing and she kept flinging things at us. Lol I think Diane and I were pissing her off even more. Coz.... at the end of class she blew a whole bunch of paper at us. I was packing my things and all I hear is "SHUT UP" and paper comes flying at me and into my backpack. *pause*.

Played badminton at lunch with Waina, Sylv and Brando. The place was crowded as usual. I made a....friend. This girl who was running all over our court yesterday asked me my name and grade. Now everytime I pass her in the hallways she says hi to me. Guess that can be a good thing. More people needa be like that. She's cool she's cool. Even though she just kept getting in the way on the court and leaning on the net. Lol. Well...today's game wasn't....bad.. Brandon and I played against Sylv and Waina.. we were down 0-14 lmao. Then.. we got what... 5 points? 7? Yea then we lost lol. That new PE teacher.. Mr Scarlet? He's so cool! Brandon swore so loud when people were walking all over our court. And if it was Slade, he woulda been kicked out or something. But this guy. He looks at us and asked if we were playing a game. Then he looked at the guys and went "What are you guys doing?! They're playing a game man! Move over!!"...Everything after that was kinda meh. I had to play with.. I forget his name.. Jackie? And there were people walking ALL over the place. Grrr... I'm wondering if I should play tmr...Hummzieee.

Noog wanted me to film the grad and dry grad this Saturday. Unfortunately he's a lil too late with the permission form. I gotta babysit. =P Aww woulda been cool to see the grad.

I did my math test after lunch. =S.. Man... It was sucha long test. You had to be able to read the question and know exactly what to do after reading it once or else you won't have enough time and Huzyk only gave us one block. I think I coulda finished it in 2. =[. So yea... Now I gotta do super good on my mock final to replace it. Garr...

Diane and I went to Guilford after school to pick up some stuff and I got to use my West 49 giftcard from Mr Nguyen and Mr Pocock. Lol I have never ever shopped there before. I mean... the cheapest thing you can get is like.. 20 bucks. I spent exactly 49 bucks at West 49 How crazy is that?! Well I got me a pair of Roxy flip flops and a hurley purse. =D I couldn't decide between black or brown. They both looked good. But I liked the inside of the brown one and the outside of the black one! So Diane and I stood there for a while deciding. Then we headed over to AE got me a pass card. Or actually.. many passes.. there's a wallet size.. a half size.. a key chain... stickers for your cell. Everything... lol.. And I don't even shop at AE...That much......Hmmm.....So that was my day...Joey went to the waterpark with her class today and she told me the boys were ganging up on the girls. They brought buckets and were dumping water all over them. So it's a war now.

2 and a half weeks left of school. Wow... time's been flying. Busy busy busy. Math test tomorrow followed by a few SS quizzes and a mock final. Thursday's my birthday so hopefully there isn't going to be much happening on that day =P. I played badminton at lunch today with Sylvia. I was thinking a full gym of courts but nope, we only got half a gym =( The place was crowded with grade 8s and 9s. Ick... people in there to make up their time for PE... just standing all over the court... fooling around and grr. Well Corey and Adam decided to ask for the other half of the court Sylv and I were sharing and we played doubles. Twas... meh... We play Juniors next week.

So here's my post at long last. I know David's been waiting all night. My "birthday" morning...ok maybe I should say morning of the party, I was up early sticking cocktail weiners into toothpicks lol. My mom made a pasta salad as well as a caesar. While we did that, my dad was out at Costco picking up pizza. I spent the rest of the afternoon editing the slideshow. It took forever to get it done. The weather was crazy.. the morning started off really dark..then the sun came out for a little while.

Alice and Krissy showed up early.. around 3 ish.. then Brandon called and he was bringing Camy and Cory over. Slowly, people started showing up. I had a feeling it was gonna be a small party coz people kept giving me probably's and maybe's. But pretty much everyone came...We started off with Taboo out on the deck. I would upload the video but it's in format that photobucket doesn't recognize and I think it's probably too large a file. Alice: "Nowadays everything is made in.......?".........Diane: "PLASTIC"......Diane... plastic? So my invitation idea was one of those Fun Fair tickets and I had to change every number for each. We put together a gift bag with chips.. candy... chocolate... stuff like that. Joey drew a number out of the hat and whoever was picked would get the prize lol. So congrats to Alice for winning [and you didn't even have a ticke from the start!]

The sun was still shining. It was really nice out in fact. Mr Nguyen and Pocock showed up after and there were people everywhere!! Well we had our food. Julian was showing everyone these weird.....videos...lol..I don't think I'll go there. Everyone was crowded around the computer downstairs. Well.. I started the slideshow and that took about 20 minutes. I was thinking about doing one for Washington and stuff. But...nahh. Lol. I spent so much time running around the house getting things that I didn't even have time to properly sit down and eat! It was really stuffy inside too. Usually our house is cold but that night, outside was the perfect temperature even though it started to rain.

After that we sang happy birthday and had ice cream cake =). Julian and Brandon did a lil performance for me lol. Beano played guitar and Julian sang. It was hilarious. The first time they did it, no one was recording them! They did it so perfect too. The second time when we were filming, Brandon couldn't remember the chords. But it was funny. I think we had about 4-5 cameras taking pictures and videos throughout the entire party.

After that we watched Narnia.. our living room was just full of people. Ah it was so funny.. You hear all these people..Adam, Julian and stuff talking and laughing. Then it goes silent and out of no where Tony goes ".....haha"...The movie was UBER long. Diane and Brandon went a little high when I brought out my lil.. styrofoam stuffed pillow. "Milk" they call it. Lol... ok not a little high. VERY high. I didn't think it was gonna take that long. But yea..After that I opened my presents.. and took some more pictures. I felt like a celebrity with everyone taking pictures with me. I was worried there wasn't going to be enough things to do since the party was supposed to end at 10 and it was only 7ish when we started the movie. I still haven't finished watching it. I missed the beginning... watched bits and pieces in the middle... then missed the end coz.....coz.. Sylvia was too excited and she wanted me to open her present XD.

Let's see.. my presents ranged from... Flowers and candy to Starbucks cards and movie vouchers....to racket grip. I guess opening presents infront of everyone is like... a what..custom? ritual? tradition? What is it? Diane got me the AE hat I almost picked out of the two we were looking at when we went shopping. I couldn't decide between 2 but eventually had to pick one. She got me the other so now I have both hehe. Sylvia got me this pimp cap. Got the words "Pure Pwnage" embroidered on it. Very cool. Imagine.. walking into a gym... with my pimpin hat... ka-pwn. Lol ok... Lotsa nice gifts. Lol...Corey got me "HEAD" grips and wrist bands. When I took it out of the bag, Julian asked what it was. I said grips, head. Cept they only heard the head part. "Corey gave Jamie head for her birthday!!" O god.. that came out wrong. Beano got me Jelly Bellies, a smiley chocolate sucker [I don't think I'll ever eat him! He keeps smiling!] and a pot of pink roses. "I was gonna get you a bouquet but then I remembered your mom has flower power so I got potted ones instead"

By 10 ish most of the crowd had already left. It was just me, Peter, Brandon, Krissy, Diane, Camy, Cory and Joey. Brandon's mom came for his brothers and we watched Cheaper By the Dozen 2. Sasha and Chryvon decided to appear at our doorstep to say happy birthday. They stayed for a while then went on with their other plans.

Yesterday I had to babysit the Knopps for pretty much the entire day. Got up at 8 ish and left the house by 9:25. I brought the 2 DVDs we rented, Hoodwinked and Narnia. So killed 2 hours watching Hoodwinked. Then they made their lunch, peanut butter and sprinkles on bread and waffles. Well... I had that too lol. Then Mags, Joseph and I went outside, soaked up some sun. Hayley and Joey joined us and then we played soccer with Trevor. By the time we got in, it was already 4ish. I put in Narnia for them to watch but again, didn't get to finish it. I got home, talked to Sylv and Jensen. I was looking forward to going to badminton. But turned out that the gym was booked for gymnastics again or something. So we ended up going for a movie instead. I met Diane at Mac Ds and then we met Sylvia and Jensen at Empires. We watched X3. Really good. I was kinda hyper. Lol... After the movie we headed for Wendy's and then we were on our way to Pearl's when we bumped into Patrick. He met us at Pearls so we hung out for a while. Haven't seen that guy since Frasers. Lol at the crossing Sylvia was about to push the button to cross and somebody decided that the lil dude needed a new head.. Or a spidey mask...

Wow I haven't blogged in..3 days? Lol.... There was an announcement this morning. Mr Emerson got on the PA and said that there's another bear out in the forest so we had to stay inside. Well from what I heard from Joey the bear was hit by a car around 8-9. Our announcements came at around then and then again at 11:30... which is weird.. Unless there were 2. It was a full grown black bear. I thought we were gonna get locked up in the portables all of lunch but Mr Emerson asked us to get back to school real quick.

I worked on the Talent show all of lunch yesterday as well as today. Well today I worked through photography too. There was no one in class. Brandon tagged along and we watched bits and pieces of the show. XD We watched his performance over and over and Diane couldn't stop laughing. Ah my favourite would have to be Bruce and his "Hit me baby one more time". I finished transfering all the clips. I think I coulda finished the entire thing but I forgot to bring the sheet with everyones names. So I still gotta finish that. Lol I had my bag of grapes and Beano had his apple and he was juggling. I told him to juggle grapes and he did!!!!!! That was pretty crazy.. 2 grapes and 1 apple! So while I was editing, he was playing some online game. It was... interesting. Basically him killing some monsters. XD

After school we had an hour to kill before the Athletic Banquet. We just hung out. And oooo... the school got new tables for the cafeteria. Pretty cool~ So yea... this year we didn't have to pay and it started earlier. And...they had chips, pop and stuff out... I had a stale rice krispy square. Mr McMurty hosted this year. Aww no Milross. They seemed like they just wanted to get through it all really fast. We got lotsa banners this year.. Hockey.. Grade 8 badminton brought home Surreys as well as Frasers... Seniors got Surreys... =). Jensen got MVP and I got Team Leader. O god.. the .. trophies.. or whatever you call them.. They're like.. rocks... Painted pieces of concrete. The cool thing is I have my name on it. Hehe.

So Leah left yesterday and her owner got Joey and I something from Florida. I got me a white/pink cap that has the words orlando and florida on it. I was gonna bring it to school today to show it off to Diane.. but.. yea.. I'll rub it in tomorrow.

Something scary:
Yesterday I was dropping Joey off at the rec center for her guitar class and just outside there was a pin up. This 75 year old lady was missing and all her details and stuff were typed up on the sheet. Today Sylvia tells me that some old lady hung herself in a forest behind FVC and the students were freaked out. That'd be kinda creepy to find an old lady hung... up on a tree maybe? *shudders*
