[X'mas continued]

I never got to post pictures from our Christmas party last week.

When I went out the other morning. Erm, Wednesday morning? I came across these frozen puddles. It's weird how they form white squiggles in the middle of the puddles.

Went to Beano's this afternoon. We watched Last Kiss. Lol His mom didn't know that it was restricted. I could understand WHY after we'd watched it. She brought out lotsa food as usual. Little toasted baguette slices with some italian dip. I can't remember what the name of it was. Then she brought out greek dip. Then chips lol. After the movie we raced on the Xbox. Beano's got the little steering wheel and gas pedal. I told him his car doesn't take me places. lol. He gave me "Babe", his big blue dog. She's 3 times the size of Leah!

Saddam got hung today. Le Gasp. Yea I have no comments on that. Or rather, I have a lot to say but can't be bothered today. I spent my day trying to go through tutorials for Final Cut Pro. I feel like I haven't done much today though. It took me sooo long to transfer some tape. The guy on the tutorial's horrible. He cracks horrible jokes too. He's pretty easy to understand, as in his english and tone of voice. Some of the thing's he skips when he's explaining something. He tells me how to put an arrow for the start of the video. But skips how to put an end. Well I managed to transfer some bits and pieces of my intro.

I went out on a run this morning. Ok, "run". It was kinda slippery so I had to watch where I ran. So it became a run/jog/walk, most of the time tip toe-ing in case I stepped over some ice. I ran around the track at Erma a couple times. Then went to Tim Hortons to get me warmed up with some hot chocolate. Then made my way to Diane's. And on the way there, I stepped on a huge patch of ice and in the process of re-gaining my balance, I got hot chocolate on my hoodie. Yay... chocolate stain. ={

So Diane and I hung out for the day; the first time in AGES. We haven't had Jamie-Diane time in soo long. We hung out in my room; talked and took silly pictures with Photo Booth. Then we watched The Davinci Code. And yea. Wow.. we didn't do very much.

[Just like old times]

I haven't been able to blog the past couple of days since I got my new laptop. And today DY and Aunty Wendy are here. Anyhoo. Yesterday Beano wanted to go shopping so he picked me up around 3 and we headed for Guildford. There were quite a lotta people. It was pretty scattered though. Not all parts of the mall were crowded then we'd come to a section where there are sooo many people you can't breathe.

We visited Troy at Randy River and he picked out 2 shirts. First 2 long sleeved ones.. one of which had a dragon on it. I didn't quite like it. Lol I told him it reminded me of Camy. Well after that he decided to go with the T-shirts instead. He got the one he really liked the last time we came shopping. It's got a lotta angry words graffitied on it. And he got the robot one I liked. It's got a picture of a robot on it and blood everywhere lol. And it says "Robots gone Wild".

Mm we didn't really do much shopping. There was a top I liked from Old Navy. But I already have one that's like it. I love it though. Maybe I'll drag Diane shopping with me again. =D. I think it's 10$ off now. We went to Lids [hat shop], Champs, Old Navy, Jacob Connexion, Gap. Then went downstairs to Sport Chek. O god. When we walked by, one of the mannequins in the front. Ah he got chopped up at the waist. He still had clothes on top and stood up by the waist with his legs next to him. Funniest thing ever. Brandon started cracking up when I pointed it out. O man.

Diane called me up and said Alice wanted to hang out. Beano and I went to Pearl Fever to meet them. Cept they took FOREVER to come. I got myself a chocolate sundae. =D And some fries. Mmmm. We waited... and waited....and waited...and waited some more. Diane said "Julian was bored and he was picking Alice's outfit for her." O god. I was like. If he's bored, he can come here! A little while after, Julian came by with Alice, Diane and Jensen. Then Adam showed up shortly after.

We went to Moxies. That place is pretty good. I think our next big dinner should be there. =). Brandon and I were full of bubble tea, ice cream and fries so we shared a fish and chips. It was quite good. I had to feed him. Mm.. after that we shared 2 desserts; a white chocolate brownie mm and cheese cake. Deadly stuff. I was way too full to eat it.

We had our Christmas dinner last night. Christmas seemed a lot quieter this year. The entire day there was no phone call. The house was silent. I vacuumed the bathroom and attempted to clean my room. Yea and as usual I failed at it. Maybe I'll try again today.

Beano came by at around 5:30. We played Mario Party 6 and as people began to arrive, we had a platter of cheeses and hams out to munch on. Then I put on The Davinci Code. So the usual people came. Siong Ee and Siong Chin. Uncle SH and Aunty Wendy couldn't make it coz Aunty W. was feeling sick. Aunty Kheng Lee, Uncle Fandy, Cain and Zhen...they came by. Mmm oh and then Aunty June and family, Jane and Matthew. Jill and Juno came a little later coz Jill had to work.

We were scattered all over the house coz there was no room for everyone to fit at the dining table. Mmm good stuff. This year the platter was slightly different. There was a korean salad. Brandon said it was super spicy. And there was a bowl of.. um.. citrus fruits. Lol.

After dinner it was GUITAR HERO time! Matt got another guitar so we can play versus and he also got Guitar Hero II. It's got new songs and more features. Matt's so crazy. I've never seen him play before. But he prob plays it all day or something. Brandon caught on pretty quick so he faced off with Matt, playing crazy fast songs.

That was pretty much our night. In the family room, The Davinci Code continued. And in the living room Guitar Hero. Oh yea and we did the present exchange this year. Joey was in charge of that. She put stickers on all the presents and we drew numbers from a hat. I got a tea set. Lol Comes with a mug, 2 tea bags and a christmas book to get you in the spirit.

This morning, Joey jumped on me and dragged me out of bed at 10. ZzzzZZzz~ We had leftover cheese sticks and ritz crackers for breakfast and then opened presents. Well... mm. I peeked at Santa's present before everything lol. I got Corpse Bride, mini m&ms, a whistle-come-compass-come-flash light. =D Aunty Kay got us CD cases and Old Navy gift cards.

We didn't get very many presents this year. Well.. Joey got a few. I got one humungo one. The first half I opened came in a box. But it was uber light. When I opened it, there was a little package in it and nothing else. Lmao. It was a wire. The second box was bigger and had more volume in it. Mwaha... My parents got me a MacBook. =D It's all slim and white and shiny. Ahhh! =D

Joey got a miniature lava lamp type thing. It lights up in many colours and the glitter makes everything go all sparkly. She's very amused by it. She says it makes her very happy.

We visited Uncle SH and Aunty Wendy since they missed our Christmas dinner. My mom made spaghetti and we chilled over there. Watched Christmas with the Kranks. Ah funny. DY opened his christmas present. It's a mat you can draw on with water. The pictures disappear when the water dries. Pretty smart. DY started drawing on the table a little while after though.

[Alice's 17th]

After Timmy's yesterday, Beano and I had nothing to do so we went back to my place for a while before the Christmas assembly started. I didn't go to CC since no one was there cept Kaleena lol. When we got to the gym, the bleachers were already filled. There was a back drop set up at the side of the gym with cones around it.

First off, student council had a "Wrap-your-friends" thing. Each grade had 3 representatives and each group was given a present. Just paper wrapped over and over and over. They had to unwrap the presents and wrap one member of their team. The team that did the best wrapping job won starbucks gift cards.

Then they did a little "Once Upon a Time" story. It was called "Mr Holland's Christmas". Mr Derbyshire read it out while Mr Holland, Gordon, Emerson and a buncha other teachers acted. Mr Holland was in a bathrobe and a santa hat. In the middle of the night, Santa [Emerson] comes in on his zamboni with a buncha teachers in the back. The cool thing is the story was kinda like a rhyme. And they based everything on homework and school.... portfolio aspects too lol.

Next they had "Bud Scrooge". I think they were supposed to have their lines all planned out. Mr Milross improvised. Lmao "Remember me Mr Ebenezer.. Bud.. Huzyk.. Scrooge!! Whatever your name is!" Lmao.. Yea Huzyk was Scrooge. Mr Steel was "Tiny" Tim. He wore a scarf and walked with one crutch. Mr Derbyshire was his dad. Lol. Oh and Milross was the Ghost of Christmas past. Ms Oneill flipped her lab coat inside out and wore it as a cape and she wore goggles. She was the ghost of christmas present. Then there was some other lady. She was supposed to be an angry mom.

After that, they did the 12 days of christmas. The hockey team and pep squad sang while the teacher's did their thing. "On the first day of Christmas my true love gave to me, a partridge in a pear tree..." Mr Holland comes running out from behind the boards wearing a long beak and flippers, carrying a huge potted plant. O boy. You can only imagine what else could have come running out from behind the boards. I don't remember who did the turtle doves. 3 french hens, Madame Monk, Madame Corrado and this other teacher come running out wearing barrets and beaks. The 4 calling birds were hockey players and their jerseys wearing beaks. Mr Huzyk had a jersey on and was talking on his cell phone. Lmao. 5 golden rings were the tech teachers carrying rings. 6 geese-a-layin was the science department wearing their lab coats and they actually "laid" volleyballs. 7 swans were the PE teachers wearing shower caps and wings. The 8 maids was the social studies/humanities department. Each of them wore bandannas and carried cow balloons. 9 ladies dancing was the english department. Ms Macrae was going crazy out there. 10 lords a leaping? I have no idea what they did with this one. The other half of the PE department wore pinnies on the top AND bottom, O god... never ever wearing those pinnies again. They stuffed the top with dodge balls. Very weird. 11 pipers piping.. not really. Just one Mr Horn and his ..horn. lol. The 12 drummers wore christmas colours and hats and had shopping bag like things. When they lifted the flaps, it spelled 12 dummers drumming.

Yea it was quite cool. After that Beano and I hung out at home. We watched Castle in the Sky and talked to Diane for a bit on the phone. Then Hogen came to pick us up. We were meeting everyone at Anducci's for Alice's birthday dinner. The restaurant was full and because they couldn't get us a table we almost ate somewhere else. Ended up having to split up, which was alright. There was one big table and 2 other small ones for 4. Beano and I sat with Diane and Brian. Why do restaurants have such dim light. It's so hard to see. Lol, Jensen went to the bathroom and he came back and came to our table, "Omg have you seen the bathroom. There's like.. pictures of naked people EVERYWHERE." All the guys get up to go see. *eye roll*. So Diane and I went to check out the girls bathroom. O em jee. There are pictures of naked guys all over. The second Diane walks in, she screams. Ahh.. haha. I had a wrap for dinner. Beano had a huge burger and Brian had a salad. Diane had... gingerale. Lmao she wasn't feeling well. =( Bran had sucha hard time eating his burger so he had to use his knife to cut it up into pieces. At some point, he was sawing the burger and making a high pitched girly sound lmao. Hyah hyah hyah hyah... Diane was like "Brandon..yno sometimes I question your gender."

After that we went over to Krissy's. We got there before she did so we had to wait outside for a while. Lmao. Peter's car has an automatic sliding door and he opens them with his keys. The guys managed to trick Diane into thinking the car door is clap sensitive. She clapped her hands and Peter opened the door. She ran around the car like a little girl who's never seen snow before screaming OMG TEE HEE.. HAHA.. THAT'S SO COOL. O god. Funniest thing ever. We played twister. Fun stuff. I have never played that before. We got into groups and the girls went first. Lol I couldn't hold my position anymore. The first group of guys went and o man. They piled on top of each other trying to get their hands and feet on the spots. Funniest thing ever. All their legs were woven together. Faces in other guy's crotches. Feet in other people's faces. They were crumpled all over the mat that, you can hardly SEE the mat.

After the guys went we played Brandon and I versus Jensen and Jane. I was stuck underneath people and twisted into a weird shape. Then I had Brandon on top of me arched coz he had to reach all the way to the other side. I had Jane at my feet and Jensen right infront of me. Ah. Then Jane fell. Hehehe so we won!! =)

The guys played a final round. That one lasted forever. Brandon had his leg stretched out through both Jensen and Julian's legs. Jensen's foot was in Julian's face. Jensen's butt was in the air and Brian was trying to pull his pants so he'd fall. That game lasted forever. I don't even know how they managed to continue moving. Brandon was trapped under everyone. Julian was in such an awkward position. Brian was practically hugging Hogen

After a while it became too hot to play. So we decided to cool off and trade our Secret Santa presents first. =). It was a good trade. I got Adam a sketchbook and pencil crayons since he likes to draw =P. Beano and I missed the first round of presents coz we were playing twister.. haha just the two of us. I was like. Beano what happens when we have all our hands down on the mat. Who's gonna spin!? Mm.. Beano got a mini soccer ball and chocolate from Corey. Alice and Julian got Brian and Diane two squishy-milk-mogu thingies from Lasenza girl, one santa and one reindeer. That's so cute. David got Julian a girly scarf. Jules was much happier playing with the hanger that came with it. XD Corey got a huge kinder surprise egg. He had no idea what it was lmao. He thought it was just a huge ball of chocolate. He's like WOW... It's so big!.. Then later on everyone told him there was a toy inside. Lmao he sat there like a little boy putting the pieces together. Brian got me an orange cap. It's so pimp! It's the perfect orange. Addidas. Are you sure it was 10 bucks Brian! Well don't answer that. lol I love it.

After that, we played the King's game. It's like dare. Everyone gets a card and whoever gets the King gets to dare 2 other people to do something. We had a buncha weird things.. some of which I won't mention. *shifty eyes*. Diane and Brandon had to eat a piece of chocolate using only their mouths and together. I ended up having to do it for Brandon coz Brian wouldn't. It completely slipped my mind that the night before Diane had been throwing up. Eeesh. She nibbles a tiny bit off the edge then goes "Oh wait never mind I puked so we shouldn't". Greeeat. Our night pretty much ended there. Everyone slowly lost interest and by that time it was already 11 and I had to go home. Hoge drove me back and I decided to pop in to the Turra's little party. My parents and Joey were over there. Chilled with Trevor and Jonathan for a while. They showed me a buncha videos on youtube and that was our night. =D

Tomorrow's gonna be fun fun fun! =)

[Christmas @ FH]

My alarm woke me up for 6 this morning. Urrrg. I listened to music for a half hour and then got out of bed. Lmao I wore my long sleeve top and sweat pants to bed so I didn't have to change when I got up. =P Comfy! My mom ended up giving me a ride to school so I was there sooo early. We had our usual pancake and hashbrown and OJ.

Everyone basically hung out in the caf.. exchanged candy canes, cards, chocolate, etc etc. We had an hour and a half to just do pretty much nothing. Near the end of the breakfast, all of a sudden you hear blow horns and there are about 10 guys/girls who come running from the hallway, wearing nothing but underwear. The guys were actually topless, in thongs and santa hats. Girls in bra and underwear. Lmao. Mr Holland prob didn't expect that. They ran from the hallway, through the caf and then out the door towards the forest. Hoooo cold. They probably ran through the forest and around the tennis courts and back again coz they came around twice. Hilarious. Actually.. no... the idea was funny. The sight... quite disturbing. I caught a glimpse of some guy's ass.

Beano wore his Mariners Ichiro jersey to school today. He said that he doesn't own many items that are of such high value. His jersey cost him about 200$ while he was at one of the games 2 years back. He's never ever worn it. So today, he decided ok I'm gonna wear it. But he let me wear it instead lol. I ALMOST got it dirty. Oh man. It's SO white. When we were at Timmy's during our "nutrition break", Beano got hot chocolate and he was so worried that something was gonna happen and the chocolate would get on the shirt. O man. Right when he told me that he was nervous. I took the jersey off. He told me I could keep it on, just be careful. But I insisted I take it off. He went to get another breakfast burger and while he was gone, Jimmy jacked his seat. Jim gets up, bumps my elbow and hot chocolate splatters on the table. Thank GOD I took the jersey off. I'm not sure if I got any on my clothes (lmao.. my clothes were all black). But omg.. I don't know what I'd have done if I stained his 200$ baseball jersey. Phew. We went back to my place for a while to kill some time (B said you can't kill time). My mom said I look like I'm a nurse or doctor or something when I wear the jersey. Brandon thinks I look really good in it.

So my day's been awesome so far. Next up.. classes. I'm already in the christmas mood. There's not gonna be any work done today. We're prob not doing much. Mr Mahli's not gonna be here. There's gonna be a video all block long. Not really looking forward to that.

[Cwisthmus Cookies]

We made cwisthmus cookies in foods today! =D Alice and I picked the Santa.. something ones lmao. Chocolate cookies rolled in cinnamon and sugar, topped with white and milk chocolate on the top and toffee bits. What we were supposed to do was each pod make different kinds of cookies and then trade with each other. We gave everyone in the class a cookie and between Alice and I we had 20 cookies each. Ruby's group made the Peanut Butter mice ones. They looked so cute when they were being set on the tray. When they came out...lmao .. they were still cute. Just FLAT.

Fred and Grant made sugar cookies with green and pink icing. They had so many of these little trees and stars and stuff like that. They didn't eat any and brought the whole batch out to the cafeteria, set them out on paper towels and sold the ones without icing for 25 cents, the ones with icing for 50 and the really humungo ones for 75 cents. He even made a sign. "Cookes for Sale!" Mr Emerson comes by, "What are you doing?"

"Selling cookies. Would you like to buy one?"

"Dry Grad"

Just like that. Emerson goes off and comes back with two quarters. Oh man. If he finds out it's not for Dry Grad, Grant's busted. He actually made quite a lot of money. Urg, today was the last day to buy dry grad tickets at 40$. Now it's all 50$. Hmph.

After lunch, we had 2 blocks of "The Shogun Period". We played a map game. Muaha and I got the winning point. Where is the... Kiasisjhaietsai.. something. Lol. Took me forever to find it on the map when I was doing my homework. Mr Mahli wasn't even here today. He had a baby girl!!! That's so cute. No one knew. We had a sub that said nothing all 2 blocks. Fred was participating in all our lessons and games. He's not even in our class! He sat in there the whole block.

Hrm. Yea so the entire block was filled with notes, video notes, fill in the blanks... etc etc.. Waste of time. We had half an hour at the end of class to do nothing. ....Almost. Kate gave out a buncha candy canes and Janette was going crazy.

Afterschool Beano and I went to Guildford. He needed me to help him pick out his secret santa present and a present for our christmas party. We walked all over Wal-mart finding a present. We ended up getting a HUGE stuffed puppy. Lol. So cute. I walked around with it in my arms. Hmm I forget what Brandon named it. Schnuker. Schnooker? Something like that. He said he wanted to keep him. Lol We stopped to get something to eat at Mac Ds and then carried on with our shopping. When he was in line, I sat next to Ronald on the bench. Lmao and Ronald sits with his arm up as if he were putting his arm around you. Beano gave me a devastated look. "How could you!?"

I have this huge urge to say who he's shopping for but I can't give it away until tomorrow lol. Ok well he was shopping for a girl and he tells me he should get Lego. We go to the aisle with all the toys for boys and he picks out a box with a lego shark on it. Lmao. He looks at me "I'll get this for her! Ok? What do you think...no?".... "You really don't know how to shop for girls" So ends our little adventure around Wal-mart 3 days before Christmas.

[Psh what you talkin' about Reindeer? Golf Cart!]

I was sitting in class, back facing the board, talking to Mr Pahal and Kevin about deadlines and pages. Then I spot this glow of red at the corner of my eye. Some guy dressed up as Santa, decorated his golf cart in red ribbon and drove up and down the street in front of our school waving at people. Ah man. I was like hey we should take a picture for the yearbook and Mr Pahal rushes out to get me a camera. Yea but Ms Van Os wasn't there so I just used mine. I went to the front of the school and there was no one there. Lmao, felt like such an idiot walking up and down the front of the school tracking down a guy in a red suit. Principle coulda just walked up to me and asked what I was doing out of class. What are you doing? Um... I'm looking for Santa... Young lady I think you might want to visit your counselor. Mr Derbyshire came by and said he was in the library and all of a sudden he sees Santa from out the window. All the admin in the office and career office were out there. Too cool. I got my shots and resumed class.

Actually got lots of work done today. What would Pahal do without me. What.. would he do.. lol. Our class is made up of like 5 people.. Ok well.. There's Diane and Lily who spent so much time on the grade 8 and 9 pages and also correcting other peoples' pages. Diane edited Bruce's page until you couldn't even tell it was Bruce who did it. The only credit he can get from it is that he took the pictures. Then there's the business people who type up the grad write-ups. They still aren't done. God. 277 people, yes that's a lot. But I found out that about 20 pages weren't handed in. So 20 write-ups less. That's about half an hour there. Maybe even less. They're slacking off. Then there are the "editors" cough. Kev and Linda were editors to start with just coz they took the class last year. Kev does some work, he takes leadership. But as an editor, he really doesn't do much. I'm working on the grad pages, like on 20 pages. He's doing nothing, yet he asks me if I could print off another 20 pages for him when he could easily do it himself. That pissed me off today. Linda, psh half the time she's not in class. Some kind of editor. When she edits she doesn't check things either. I can't work like this! Yea, that's pretty much all the people who do work. The guys in the corner don't do anything but play games and goof off, roam the hallways. The koreans don't do anything. The group of white girls in the other corner don't do anything but talk about things that don't have anything to do with what we're working on. Mr Pahal's even given up being angry. It's too much for him to take. Mike walks into class in second block, "MIKE, I hear your voice in second block." And that's it. Baldeep and Manveer walk in, "Manny! Bali!" Jeez. And I always worry if I'm gonna be late for class. Poor guy.

Diane asked if I got my grad pictures. I had to run out in the rain to pick them up from the mail box. Ah then it took me forever to take the "DO NOT COPY" off the front, ruining my face a little here and there lol. But you can't tell when it's zoomed out.

I almost forgot that I had to take pictures for Le Gresley today. I went up to her class at 8:30 and she brought me all over the school talking to all the teachers who were doing this Adopt a Family thing. None of them had their presents wrapped up. Lol wow. Yea so she wrote me a schedule and I had to come back in 20 minutes. I went to look for Beano in the library and told him I didn't understand why people hated her. She was so nice. Brandon told me she was mean and evil. I stayed with him for a while. He had to finish up his french homework [which he did! Yea I'm impressed. Coz I wasn't there =P]. I drew him a picture of Uberspan and his purple boxers. Uberspan is kinda like Superman, but not. He wears purple boxers and a tin can helmet, oven mitts, and rubber boots and he's super sexy.

I went back to take the pictures of the classes and their presents for the families. I left my "schedule" downstairs with Beano coz I was drawing on that sheet. And I forgot I was supposed to go to Brar's room before Buhariwala's. Whoops. Lol She got all "You're not supposed to be here now! It's 5 before 9. I remember!"... I'm sawwwwriee! She seemed nice.. but at the same time. Not really. I don't get it. The class doesn't respect her at all. She's like one of those old grandmother kinds. Likes to boss people around. I was tired running from class to class. Le Gresley was still oh-so happy though. She was so excited and impressed by all the food they got. We took so many pictures. Lol She got me a 5$ gift certificate for Tim Hortons. Awww how sweet. See she's not bad at all. Maybe just coz I was helping her.

I had a hot dog bun for lunch and when I was half way eating it, Beano took it away from me and told me it was bad for me and gave me his sandwich instead. He had two.. Hmm he always has two. Then he went off to play soccer and gave me the rest of his lunch. Lol. Two apples, a yogurt granola bar, 4 Dad's wheat cookies, and a yogurt cup [which I gave to Alice]. Lol I gave it back to him at the end of the day after practice when I was wearing his jacket. I stuffed everything into his pockets. He said I was a true hobo. =P

Mr Pahal is still so stressed out. Today he came across Jon M's grad write up and it read: Jon Jon the leprechaun went to school with no clothes on. The teacher said I don't care; she wasn't wearing underwear. And at the end he wrote a little message to Mr Pahal to let him know if it's in appropriate. I thought it was cool though. =( Mr P didn't think so. "Where's Jon!!?! Go get him!"

We made Poppy Seed Cupcakes with Lemon icing today. I forgot to take a picture! =(!!!!! If that one cupcake I have downstairs is still there, then maybe I'll get one tomorrow. And there's Beano wearing my apron. All the guys who walked by gave him weird looks. Alice couldn't stop laughing. She was still laughing when she went down the stairs.

Beano got me a pack of Purdys Hedgehogs =D! I didn't even know he put them in my backpack. During break before I left for class he said I should eat my lunch. Lol. Then I found them in there. He said not to share them with Diane. Coz apparently she's stolen a lot of chocolate from him. XD Is that true Diane? Thank you Beano! <3!

Aunty Wendy and Da-Yong are here to stay with us for a while until Uncle SH comes back from Bulgaria. Joey and I were downstairs playing with him. My mom had a box of toys downstairs for him. He emptied the box and put it over his head. When he figured he got all this attention from doing that, he decided, hey they're laughing at me, I'm cool now. So.. he continued to have the box over his head. =P So cute. Then he wanted to put the box on Pepper's head. Pepper wasn't too fond of that.

Once upon a time, there lived a cray fish. Her name was Diane. She lived at the bottom of the deep blue sea together with her clam shell boyfriend. They lived in an anenaneenanmee. They had sea weed for breakfast lunch and dinner. One day Diane's friend the shrimp Jamie came over to play. They called over Lily the lobster to go on an adventure. They swam to the far end of the ocean and happened to come across Jensen the sea snail. Together they swam and swam until they got caught in a net. A fisherwoman pulled them up. Her name was Goosegirl. She examined each of what she caught. Threw back everyone else except Jensen the sea snail. DUN DUN DUN. What is to become of him? To be continued....

Just got back from practice. Urg. So today ended quite well. Started off the morning with a CC test. Well... It'll probably be like the last one. Perfect on multiple choice, almost perfect on matching, horrible on short answer, and so so on the map questions and somehow manage to get a good mark on my half hour essay. Well, it was much easier than the last unit. Rarrr. I put Beano's glasses on and got Wanta to take a picture of me. Man, I look HORRIBLE. Just like the time I put Diane's glasses on at one of our sleepovers. Diane will never stop laughing at me for that. My eyes go all small and lmao.

I played badminton with Beano, Jacky and Raf at lunch. There was hardly anyone in the gym. Ah beautiful. It was fun. I'm so glad I found Raf in CC. It was back when we first started school. I saw him wearing a jacket with a badminton racket printed on it and it had a different language written on it. He moved here from the Philippines. Pretty cool. So when we were getting our shots, I was in line with him so I asked. And voila. We gops ourselves another player! =D

Yearbook's a big mess now. Mr Pahal calculated the pages wrong. We have about 50 more grads than last year. So we need more pages. He has to move alllll the grad pages back. Lol And he told me to help him. Ah man. I don't know how people can't finish the work fast enough. We have all the grad write ups and I can type so many up in that time given. But nooOOOooo.. Ok well there ARE 277 grads. But come on. =P]

I didn't know we were cooking today. I coulda sworn Ms Oneill said Thursday. Well we made sweet and sour chicken and rice. Not bad. The rice is ick though. Short grained... super sticky.. hard..has a weird taste.

Mr Nguyen's leaving for Vietnam tomorrow. He'll be there for Christmas. Lucky guy. Doesn't have to teach a class. Can take leave any time he wants. And now that he's leaving, he's getting me to do all these jobs. On Friday I have to help Ms Le Gresley take photos of her classes and their little "Adopting a Family" thing. Quite cool. Tomorrow I have to help Mr Derbyshire build his website. He just started it. Lmao he showed it to us after school. It's a black page with two icons on the top and just words typed up in Times New Roman.

Lulu Lemon's a store that sells yoga wear. Tight fitting pants with matching jacket tops. Lol. Yea there's a men's section but oh all people to be there, Mr Mahli. Lol. He was so funny this morning. He said he was doing his Christmas shopping and decided to look in Lulu Lemon. It was hilarious how he was saying he never wants to meet any of his students outside of school. How he doesn't want to have anything to do with his students outside of school. Ah hilarious.

We visited Aberdeen Mall yesterday to get some christmas present shopping done. Went to Daiso. Or rather, THE Daiso. Never noticed there was a "the" on the top. I got Secret Santa presents and Alice's birthday present. Now all I gotta do is wrap em'. For lunch, my parents wanted to go to the Won Ton noodle place. But then we changed our minds and went up to the food court. We found nothing that great up there. So we decided to try the Malaysian restaurant downstairs, Tropika. It was quite pricy and well... not THAT great. I liked the noodles and pineapple rice. But yea, it's supposedly bland. I thought it was alright. But yea that's just me.

Last night we took our Christmas pictures. I don't know if I'm allowed to post these up now. But my dad gave me the whole memory card of pictures to download. So I guess that means I can. =P

We were in the caf waiting for practice to start. Usually there's the pep squad practicing with their loud rap.. r&b music pumpin'. Yesterday, we listened to Indian dance music over and over and over.

I told Corey he reminds me of a potato when he wears that jacket. And with that snazzy hat, he's a Russian potato.

Nothing much has been happening. Day's begin, days end. Mr P's so stressed out in Yearbook. He makes deadlines for everyone but they don't meet them. Pages are incomplete, pictures are blurry, layouts are ugly. CD's don't arrive on time and then Mr P has to run all over the place getting things done. Lol He walks into the room, "Want to see a grown man cry?" Lol awwww poor guy. Grad write ups were due today. All of them are pretty much the same. "I want to thank my family...friends.. teachers. etc etc"

I got my acceptance.. or.. I think it is acceptance letter for sure this time lol. It's nothing bad so. =P. All they need is my final transcript after graduation. Yay!

[Yesterday]

I'm going through all my entries from the Summer. Doesn't feel like I've accomplished much. I think my favourite days in the summer were the ones when we all hung out at the waterpark, when we went to English Bay for Canada Day and Fireworks...when we rolled around on the field under the sun, when we went to Granville and Playland. I miss those days. =(

Today we spent the entire morning going in and out of university and post-secondary information sessions. Depressing stuff.

Lately I've been in bed by around 9ish. I don't know what's wrong with me. Or maybe there's nothing wrong now, and all along there was.

7:42am, my dad and I were on our way out to esso to meet Corey and his dad. He took a van of us up to Cypress today. Just as the garage door opened, Beano was outside. They came by to check up on us coz there was no one at esso yet. Just as we got there, people started coming in. We piled into Corey's van, 4 of us. Steven drove on his own.

It wasn't TOO crowded. Well we got there quite early. It was me, Beano, Sean, this guy they call Winnipeg, Corey and Steven. And Corey's dad of course. They call him Winnipeg coz he moved here from there. His name's really Ryan. I've never really seen him around school. He's quite cool.

Had a lil problem with the lift tickets. I left my wallet, which had my ID in the car and I didn't wanna make Corey's dad go back there. So I got Beano to get my ticket. Grr coulda gotten the ski card. Every other time, it's 20% off. I guess next time I will. =P

Ah, once we got up there. Hooo.. Nice blue sky, little bit of clouds, fresh powder. The only problem was a lot of people were smoking. The whole mountain smelled of smoke. Urg. Sean, Beano, Ryan and I went up collins. We thought Corey and them already left. So we went up Collins.. did a couple rounds on that run. The sky chair wasn't open yet so we hit Humpty Dumpty, a very very very.. bumpy run. The last time Corey brought Joey and I down there, it wasn't so bumpy. This time, there was SO much fresh snow and not many people have worn it in yet. We got stuck so many times. Ok.. I got stuck so many times, along with Sean. I came around a bend which exited were a jump was. Sean was gonna take the jump but he thought I'd come around the corner when he did. So he bailed. Lost both his poles and skis. Lol whoops? And the thing with the snow is, it's so deep and it hasn't been packed down enough. Once you take off your bindings and start walking, ugh, it takes so much energy out of you.

Ryan wanted to go fast, but every time he did, he'd do a flip and tumble. The entire day, all I see is him flipping all over the place. I'm suprised he hasn't broken anything yet.

We went down Panorama a couple times and the sky chair was open by then so we hit that. We only went up there once. Hmm.. felt like we did so many runs today. Weird. Time flies when you're up there. It takes about 15 minutes to get up on the lift. Takes prob an equal amount to get down if we didn't keep stopping. Yea time flies. When Beano and I were on the sky chair [it's a two seater], he was looking at our shadow on the snow below us. Hah! I'm a goofy so our boards were opposite and the little pole sticking our of the chair with the boards made a heart! <3! =)

We went down.. Erm.. I tihnk the run's called Top Gun. I called it Tip Top something and Corey gave me a weird look. Lmao. "I suppose.. it sounds the same............nah not really.." Yea the guys wanted to go down through the tips of the trees to get some powder. Oh we got LOTSA powder. So much that we got trapped in it. Lmao.. OKAY.. I got trapped in it. Sean trailed behind me, all his energy was drained from trying to dig his way out. I waited for him and when we got down to where Ryan and Beano were, he was dead. Beano had his bindings undone and he came walking out from the clump of trees on the side. He couldn't hold it any longer. XD. "If you have to go, you have to go." Just as we started going again, Ryan got up and tried to move down quick, he ran right into the tip of the tree infront of him, did a flip and just.. yea.. he flipped again. Sean and I sat there laughing at him. Then when Sean gets up to go, he does the exact same thing, flips over the tree and lands on Ryan. It's Karma I tell you.

After about 3 hours, we headed down to lunch. Corey, Steven and Corey's dad were down there already. We gobbled down a lunch. My egg salad sandwich kinda had the essence of banana. It was weird. Never put banana in a paper bag with other food. It starts to ripen quicker and then the food gets the smell of banana. Not that, bananas are bad. =P

This time all of us went up together. Just as we got up onto the path to Panorama, Brandon's leg gives out. He kept having muscle spasm and it looked like they were quite painful. =S He laid there for a while, wincing each time the muscle pulled. He told me to go ahead and he'd prob just wait by the car or something. I was sad! =( But partway along the run, you see this guy in a blue jacket speeding right by us, "WOOOOO!" I was like... wha.. wait.. that was Brandon! Corey didn't even catch him going by. We thought he'd be in so much pain that he'd be done for the day. But nope. Can't take Brandon away from the snow.

We started to get split up after a while. Ryan and Sean went off to get something with the bindings fixed. Beano was speeding ahead of us. Somehow we managed to find him though. Corey, his dad, Steven and I were taking pictures of them doing jumps. When we were on our "final" round, we went up the Eagle chair, plan was to go down the cat track. Brandon wanted to take it slow on Collins and meet us back down at the lodge. We had time for one more run so Corey, Steve and I went up the Eagle chair again. We were talking about the buff I had around my neck and Steven said his "turtle fur" was better. I told him turtles don't have fur and we had this discussion about turtles with fur that are called furtles that live in the moguls on the ski runs. Steven's answer, "hey shut up!"

Brandon didn't know we were doing an extra run so he was waiting for me at the entrance. =( When we got back to the car, he wasn't there coz Corey's dad moved it. Corey ran around Cypress looking for him. Steve went back to his car and was supposed to meet us at the drop zone but we never saw him pass, which was strange. After much driving around and phone calling, we found out Bran was with Steve and they were already on their way down. We had to pick up Corey's sis from a church nearby. She went skiing/training in the interiors for a week. Pretty cool.

On our way home, we talked about our day. Apparently at some point, the guys went off a drop. It was supposed to be a drop, not a jump. Sean tells me the story and it went something like. Corey landed it perfect. Then Ryan tried to jump it and landed fine. When Steve was behind him, he shouted out to Ryan that jumping it wasn't a good idea. Well he went off. And just as he got a little bit of air, he tried to push off. But there was nothing to push off of. So you can imagine this guy in mid air, kicking his feet downwards at nothing. Then he tilted forward, tipping his skis down and they basically got stuck in the deep snow, and Steve got launched out of them. His poles.. were prob off somewhere. I wish I had seen it. All the guys were laughing at him. Then he kinda just laid there on the ground for a while, didn't move and they got worried lol. Apparently his face just got planted right in the snow. Awww poor guy. Haha.

I can't wait to go again. =D!!!! Now.. my legs are sore.. my butt is numb.. I kinda landed on my leg weird and tomorrow I gotta go secret santa present shopping with Jo Jo. Phew, time for bed.

It's Red Day. Or ok, World AIDs day. Student council did some fund raising. I don't know what they sold. Some sort of tidbit. And they sold raffles to win one of those Red iPods. Gasp. It's so prettttty. 8GB. 2000 songs. Hoooo man. I got one ticket. Alice bought 5. Ms Lees pulled out a huge role when they called the number. Lol, what are the chances.
