[Last Day of Semester #1]

Lily, Diane and I had to go pick out some P.E equipment to make backgrounds for the sports pages. Then Pahal got us doing Christmas pages too. I brought a different bag to school so I forgot the Christmas pictures at home. =( Oops!!! Grr now I have to go back and get them in for him.

Gin was trying to finish her final project for photography and she decided to do it on... Love.. or Couples.. or Feelings.. something like that. Last week she got me and Brandon sitting by some lockers cuddling. Today she had these Valentine's Day props. First I had to put Brandon in a headlock as if I was mad at him. Then he had to hold a rose behind his back as if he were gonna surprise me. Then both him and Jim had to kneel infront of me with presents and I was supposed to look confused. Jimmy had this very very saaaad look on his face. He looked as if he were gonna cry. Lmao he should be an actor. Yea Gin gave me that balloon. =D. Beano was waiting for me to get out of class so him and Troy went out I guess. He came back with 2 puppies holding a heart. =D

Lunch was so-so. Block A was fun. After school I went to Mac Ds with Beano, his brothers and his grandpa. =] I haven't had that stuff since.. Port Moody.. A month and a half ago? More than that? 2 months? Mmmm

Tomorrow I'll be getting a haircut. Hopefully the garage lady will do a good job. Ick...I have a bad feeling. If it turns out horrible we're going to a stylist next time. The last time she cut my hair I looked like sucha fob.

Oh yea.. Reason why I'm getting a cut tomorrow is coz there's no school! =D I'm done my semester! And well, also I need a cut.

Alice and I cleaned out the silverware drawer, the baking drawer, the baking cupboard with all the bowls... cutting board.. etcetc.... all the trays..Then we cleaned out the china cupboard with all the breakables. I thought maybe we could finish it all in one block. And Ms Oneill figured she could make us stay by making 2 different checklists; one for before break and one for after. Lmao Grant started singing and yea it was pretty good. Alice goes, "Oh Grant's a pretty good singer". Then Fred starts singing, "I think Fred's tone deaf." XD We finished about... 40 minutes before lunch and ended up playing Jin Rummy for a half hour. We were tied and still needed one more game so we played it at lunch. She really loves that game now. Hehe. "Jamie.. let's play again!" We spent the rest of lunch looking at grade 7 pictures and my P5 pictures. I brought my annual and the group picture of grade 7s. Diane and Alice talked about weird things.. Like Mr Ahn.. and ...yea... weird things.

Beano came back after his prov partway through lunch but he had geography homework to do and hand in. He took a while so I guessed Legresley kept him in again. I had to write my CC final. In 2 and a half hours, I wrote a Renaissance test, an essay on characteristics of a civilization and an example of a civilization and where the traits all fit in and I got a huge headache. It went on and on and on. I still have it. I'll be sleeping soon. =|. The last question on the Renaissance test was:

Well for those who have never had Mr Mahli, he supports France in soccer. And I think he really doesn't like Italy. So yes.. He has a french flag in class. Everyone makes fun of the french just to spite him. Oh boy. Before the test, Michelle asks if we can leave early if we're finished our final. He goes, "I just had a meeting last night and we were told we aren't allowed to. I'd obviously let you out once you're done. But that's what they told me. But you can go to the washroom and come back. Or yno you can go to the vending machine to get something to eat or drink. Then you could go to the other vending machine and then back to the other vending machine.. then to the other vending machine. So if someone asks what you're DOING, you tell them you're getting something to eat!!"

Well I used up quite a bit of time. I had about 5 minutes left until I had to hand in my paper. And the thing is I finished my essay half an hour before it was due. I just had to copy it into good copy and that took so much out of my wrist. I'm gonna miss that class so much. Michelle did something so odd. She called Mr Mahli then started talking to herself. Ah she's the coolest. "Can I go do the.. vending machine ..thingy"...Sure Michelle.. *pause* "Pfft but nohohhhh... But Mr Mahliii.. I don't WANNA do the vending machine thing I just wanna goooo."

I helped Waina upload some stuff onto the school's laptop. Beano went around interviewing people while waiting for me to write my final so I guess he went to bug Mr Nguyen for something to do. He did a pretty good job too. He got Peter.. Nick.. Randy.. Jacky.. couple other people. Jacky's was the funniest. Oh and Dustin and Amy again. Oh!! Fred's was the funniest!! Jacky's was quite funny. But Fred.. ahhh.. He had his little signature pose. *peace sign* *big fobby smile* I think our commencement video's going to be good. I should just walk around school with the camera and point it at people and ask them right away what they thought about grade 12.

Had practice after school. I trained with Jensen, Julian and Adam. They were doing drills and each time you messed up, you had to do either 5 push ups or 5 sit ups. So mean.. Jensen's like.. Nope.. Jme.. you have to. I did something to my right arm. It hurts now. So yea.. we worked on rotation for a bit then played a game. Then after I did drives with Jensen and he kept telling me to make full swings. I'd crank up way before he serves the bird. Lmao then he started laughing at me for doing that. Just as we got into smashing, we had to take the nets down. =(.. Not long enough!! I actually felt like practicing today. So crazy... I always forget everything over winter. As season's about to begin, my muscles go.. TIME FOR BADMINTON. Well now.. TIME FOR BED.

I drew Sam in foods. Originally it was a little dude tied to a stump in the ground. But the stump looked kinda obscene so I turned into a fire hydrant. Then I decided ok since Sam kept talking to me, I'd draw him. Lol.

When I got to school today, no one at my locker. In fact, there weren't many people upstairs. I was already quite late too. =( Beano had to write his French provincial which took up the entire morning. I went to yearbook; didn't do much. Mr Pahal's just working on what needs to be done for next semester. He wants to take pictures of sports equipment laid flat on the ground, from the top. I think it looks so ugly. But yea that's what he wants. I still have to transfer the christmas pictures for him. Ugh... that means I have to go to class on Wednesday. Diane was going nuts in class. She had her history notes out infront of her and every now and then, she'd grab my arm and scream. O em jee. Scare the hell out of me. "Diane you only do that when you see a spider. Gosh!!!" She was laughing at EVERYTHING. She screamed and laughed so loud that after a while, Mr Pahal was like (in his little british accent), "Whahhht ohn errrrrhhthf is shey lawfing aht?" I love him, he's too cool. Always so grumpy but at the same time ready to laugh at anything. I'm gonna miss that class. Hmm Nickel's teaching Art 12 next semester. I don't know if she's a good art teacher. I wish Mctavish hadn't left. =( No one liked her. I did.. she was a good teacher. Always trying to steal my work. I was going to write her a letter and get her a present. But no... she's gone.

Went up to my locker at break, still no one there. Dustin comes up from behind me and taps my shoulders. When I look him in the eye, o em jee. He's got these Darth Maul red eyes. Freaked me out. When he talked to Diane, she got so scared of him staring into her eyes. Dustin usually keeps eye contact with whoever he talks to.

Cooking.... was.. meh. I did some drawing while we marked sheets. Then we had a half hour to spare after. Tomorrow we have to come in to CLEAN. Yayness. 100 marks. Ugh. Why'd she have to make it worth that much. It's unfair. Why do we have to do everyone's dirty work. They should do a part of it too! We not only have to clean up after the grade 8s, we have to clean up after the advanced foods class too!

Didn't do much at lunch. Sat at the tables and talked. Jensen got himself a new jacket. Or well.. sweater. A white sweater that looks just like the one Jane has. Lol they can match now. Beano came back from his provincial near the start of lunch. He had homework to finish followed by a geography tutorial so he had to go to that. We spent the whole of block A together. =)

Tomorrow I have to go to foods to clean. Then write an essay in CC for 2 and a half hours. Ugh.. Tomorrow's not going to be fun. B wants to meet for breakfast tomorrow before he leaves for his provincial. Prob won't see him all day and he's sickie now. I think I gave him my sickie. =(

[Jacob Two Two]

Last night I told Brandon to tell me a story. So....I'm guessing he made all this up on spot. His story's bout a boy whose parents died and so he stays with his crazy, blind grandfather who owns a piano repair store. And yea the story has a whole lot of weird things in it. We came up with this crazy idea to turn it into a story book. So I'll be doing the illustrations and Beano told me he wanted it to look sorta like Jacob Two Two but in more detail with more detailed backgrounds. =D I started drawing this morning. And the rest of the day I made layouts and placed pictures in them on InDesign. Mmm I went through all my summer pictures. =( I miss those days. Those were the best. Yea so I've gone through "Canada Day 06" and "Fireworks 06". Probably my favourite 2 days. Well there was that one day Diane brought her camera when we went to the waterpark, Diane, Lily, Krissy, Me.. and Bran and Jim met us there. That was fun. All the pictures were so yellow and green. =) All the colours went together so well. I wore yellow.. the grass was green.. clear blue sky. Too bad my colour printer doesn't print well. That'd be a lot of ink too. I've put the pages I printed so far in a colourful binder I got in sleeves. Just like a scrapbook. Yea so that's what I've been doing all weekend. I think I'm gonna go to bed early tonight.

I'm watching God Send right now. It's so creepy. I saw the first 10 minutes at Sylvia's a while ago but we had to leave. It's on tv right now. My dad brought home pizza and we just finished and now both my parents are gone. I don't know where they went. It's so quiet down here. They didn't even do the dishes!! And Joey's out snowboarding!! =S!!! I'm scared!!!

So God Send's about a couple with a son who dies right after his 8th birthday. A doctor seeks them out and offers them a way to get their son back by cloning. Everyone's happy until their clone reaches the age of 8 and the original keeps haunting him. Good movie. I'm not sure I'll sleep tonigh though. I'm gonna be so jumpy. There are so many scenes with people just appearing. Now I know how my mom used to feel when I was little and couldn't sleep. And I'd go to her bed side and poke her so she'd get up. This movie's getting creepy now.

Anyhoo!!! I made pizza today! Again! This time it had a nice italian dough. Very soft. Twas good. Our food was spread all over the counter. Both counters! Jack came over to our side to use the pastry board so I had to switch spots with him. I had to do the dough while Alice did the sauce and toppings. Then I had to grate the cheese and clean up. It was a good pizza though =). Brandon's comment, "Wow...this is probably the first ever thing you made in cooking that actually looks.....good." ....*whack*...

Mr Pahal's so funny. Yesterday I went to the side room where we work to get my tea mug coz I forgot it there. On my way out. Mr P walks by me. He yells "JayyyyyyeeeeeemiiiIieeeEEeeeee" in his little distressed high pitched tone. He forgot the codes for the spot colour we were using. I wrote it nicely for him on a stickie. But he decides to put it somewhere he can't find it. I ran around both rooms looking for the book of all the colours. Couldn't find it. So Pahal's screaming at me while flipping through his binder. And he's like.. is this... is this it. Points to a blue stickie. YESS.. lol. I helped Kevin organize the pages and tried to look for Doug's write up. We seem to have misplaced it. Hmm I had my Capt'n Crunch with me again and when I left the room Pahal stole some. Lmao he didn't like it. I missed the ick expression on his face. Well we've printed off all the grad pages. Ugh I saw some of the older pages that were done at the beginning of the semester. They're horrible. Yarg. So many typos too. There's a very happy Diane and all the pages she printed off and put nicely in a pile.

Lunch... B went to play soccer and I chilled with Diane, Adam, Peter.....Julian, Alice.. etc.. We were coming up with ideas on how to design our badminton shirts. We wanna get t-shirts as well as long sleeved tops. Sweetness. Now we just need to deside the colour and logo designs and where to place them. Diane and Peter were playing around with my phone at lunch. He snapped a buncha pictures of Adam and I. I should make a comic.

Practice after school. Everyone's busy studying for provincials so they have no time for badminton. Well.. the regulars showed up. But it was pretty quiet. What a quiet Friday. I've been thinking about what's gonna happen after highschool lately. Before, it'd make me depressed. Now I think things will be alright though. I can picture everything. Or.. at least how I'd like things to be. Mmm still got a long ways to go.

I went through so many pictures. And I still don't like it.

H~awwww Beano said he wanted to bring me boarding over Spring break. His uncle's going to Whistler for the first couple of days of break. I have my Ai S.W.E.A.T program which takes up the first 4 days of break. And I wanna play some badminton over break. AND go boarding at least one of the days. I've only been once this season =(. Joey's already gone 2wice. Tomorrow will be the 3rd.

Brought my laptop to school today. I figured since Mr Nguyen needed me to teach Waina how to upload stuff, we'd be working on it all lunch hour as well as all of my spare block. He disappeared at lunch though. So Diane and I took a couple pictures. Then the group crowded behind us and we laughed at our funny faces. Oh then we watched Jensen jump smash in reverse in slow-mo. It's very amusing watching things go backwards lol. Ah..man.. time's going by so fast. I think I'll compile a bunch of group pictures and turn it into an album. We'll have a graduation party on our own. O em jee.. thinking about it makes me wanna cry.

Our school sweat pants still haven't arrived. It's so strange how the orders don't all come together. Some of it comes one day, the rest comes 2 weeks after. I got my top last week. My sweats still aren't here. I forgot what colour I got. =S. I didn't even know I got a grey top.

Jo, my mom and I were looking for music and we came across this Ok Go video. It's so pimp. I love it.

We made Chicken.. um.. Kiaf? Kiev.. It's like Chicken Cordon Bleu. We made butter sticks and wrapped chicken fillet around it. Then dipped it in flour, egg and breadcrumbs. On the side, we made mashed potatoes. There were supposed to be pease and carrots but Ms Oneill got lazy. The mash was good though. =).

I played badminton at lunch so by the time I got to eat my chicken, it was all soggy. Yea Beano and I played with Dan and Dorian for a while and then we got kicked off the court so I went to watch soccer instead.

Block A was...uneventful... but not boring. Jason and Sophia started an argument which ended in her chasing him around for her cellphone. Beano brought out his soccer ball and kicked it around with Matt. Then Won joined in. Then Dustin, comes out of math and runs around with them.

We have a week left before the semester ends. =( I'm gonna miss CC! And Mr Mahli! And....yno what.. I liked foods. But nah.. wouldn't take it again. Yearbook, I have a feeling my art block's going to be substituted for it. Ick. Guess it depends who's teaching art. Coz I'd love a block where I could just draw. I wouldn't mind yearbook again though so I can complete what we started. Oh then I have film next semester. Yayyyy.

After school, the crew wanted to go eat. They had Pho. Alice, Beano and I went to Nesters and got cereal. Yea Alice and I were craving cereal. Ever since I got sick, I started eating frootloops. I finished the whole box coz I couldn't eat anything else. So we went and got Captain Crunch. Mm taste just like corn pops. On our way back, there was a sign stating that a camera was found. How nice. Lol You can tell it was probably an asian who wrote it. Makes so much sense.

I have so much energy today. Well, not right now. But the entire day. I was sooo happy. soo energetic. Rawr!!!! Mr Nguyen wants me to teach Waina how to edit. "Editor in training". And and and.... I was thinking of making a promo video for the band. I still gotta talk to Troy about it. Don't know what those guys are doing. So slow!!

At lunch, I made a puppet out of Krissy's paper bag. Her name's, Wendy Papier. I amused myself with that puppet all lunch hour. We also watched Alice blot her curly fries on paper towels before she ate them. She used up 6.

I'm finally gonna be able to play some badminton tomorrow. Rally around at lunch and then practice with Sylvia after school.

Badminton Trailer Trial #1

[And all of a sudden some strange things are happening to me]

Today, the whole team's been telling me what to eat and what not to. Ah funny. I've been coughing al day and during practice, I had to have some corn chips. Brandon yells at me and says he has food in his locker I can eat. So he gives me his locker combination and I'm standing out there for 10 minutes trying to open his locker. Then he ended up having to come help me open it. He gave me the wrong first digit!! Yea, so I had a banana which I split with Sylvia. Lmao I was kinda coo-coo at that time. Then I had some chocolate pudding [yea that's pretty bad] but I didn't have a spoon to eat it with. So I tried using the tip of the banana peel. It looked like a spoon. =P Then I shook the pudding and told Sylvia it was like jello and she got scared. I tipped it upside down and she screamed. Funniest thing ever.

I filmed a couple games and then Mr Nguyen. He did the elevator for me. Tee hee. =} Imma make a badminton trailer. Gasp. Pre-season.

Julian has his cell phone playing this very loud annoying song. It's this kid/baby singing a chinese song in a very very annoying, squeaky voice. Mr Pocock walks by us, "...I think you're cell phone's broken."

When I got up for school this morning, looked out my window, and guess what? MORE SNOW! I was like.. *shiver* I have to walk in that?! Then I asked my mom to give me a ride out =P. There weren't too many people up front for some reason. Maybe we were still early. I was so out of it. Completely forgot that it was Thursday.

I don't look bad in Jack's glasses eh? Not retarded like when I wear Diane or Brandon's. I look nerdy....geeky..ish.. gasp SMART

We made Honey Curried Chicken drummettes and Japanese style drumettes. I was to sick to eat it lol so Beano stuffed it down for me. The Japanese stuff was pretty good. When I saw, soy sauce, vinegar, salt and sugar, I was thinking, ew.. sour. It was sweet.

The library was packed with people at lunch. Beano and I were 2 of those people. The supervisor kept running around the library yelling at people. And she's the nice supervisor. B had to write a french poem and I looked through notes I missed on Tuesday. Then Jimbo comes by and starts bugging Brandon. Lmao, constantly showing Brandon the time. "Look, 4 minutes left............Want a Frisk?" He asked what was on my shirt. I'm like, Paul Frank. You don't know Paul Frank? Jim goes, I know Anne Frank. Don't know Paul. So I told him Paul was Anne's pet monkey.

So Mr Mahli's been on a pretty long break from teaching since there were sooo many groups presenting. A month and a half? Raf's group finished off today. I really don't like the idea of having work done that way. Or well.. Cept for Michelle's group.

It snowed, rained, snowed, rained, snowed... and what happens when you combine snow and rain? You get SLUSH which I had to walk in..........................on the way to my mom's car. =P. She called to ask if I needed to be picked up. And I was like.. Well Brandon said he could drive me home and his dad's right here. She's like "It's SO slushy! It's horrible out here! I'll come pick you up..................in the next half hour!" I was like WHAT. Lol She was at Joey's school which is 2 seconds away. Just that walk to the car got my socks soaked. Ick. Oh and on the way out, there were guys throwing snowballs as usual. I told my mom to drive faster, lmao so she did, and ended up going through a HUGE puddle and splashing one of the guys. Mwahahaha!

What we've missed the past 3 days. Brandon and Blue. Dustin and....toonie...

Couldn't get out of bed today. I felt so sick. My head was spinning, my throat was sore, body in pain all day. I slept in until 10:30 and got up to continue colouring the poster. I didn't really do much. But o well, I was way too tired. So I finished that, had 2 eggs, a cup of vitamin C and barley then my mom dropped me off at school so I could give Mahli the poster. It was snowing out this morning.

Ugh, I missed so much. =( I was supposed to finish the grad pages today. Supposed to make chop suey and stir fry. There was badminton at lunch today. I missed one block of CC, first day of the last presentation. Missed one day of notes. I missed the grade 10/11 course selections fair. I was gonna take pictures =(.

I saw Beano when I was in school. He said he saved the last piece of his chocolate bar for me last night. But his dad ate it. So he got me another one. And at the course selections fair, he left it on the desk and someone stole it. So he said he'd get me another one.

When I came home, I slept on the couch for about an hour or so. Then I had to eat something. So I popped a waffle into the microwave and had that. Then I went upstairs to sleep somemore. The phone rang at around 3. I could hear my mom talking. It was Beano. My brain was still kinda.. wooozy. I fell back to sleep and the next thing I knew, my entire body was feeling so warm. I was actually sweating under my covers.

My mom said I could call him back by calling anyone's cellphone. Lol. He was at school with the badminton people. First I called Julian's cell. No one answered. Then I tried Alice's, Adam's, Jensen's, Krissy's several times, Sylvia's... I tried every single number I had. I laid there for 5 minutes punching in numbers over and over. Then I tried Alice's again and she finally picked up. Said that she was at Nester's with Julian and that Brando had his cell. Beano finally called. He said that the first person I tried was Julian and the phone was ringing and Adam sat there and watched the phone ring and said ".......It's Jamie..". but he didn't pick it up.

Well Beano came over to visit instead of going to practice. We chilled for a couple hours. Watched the hockey game. He said he'd come back and visit me tomorrow during his spare block.

That's how Foods went today. We didn't get to cook. =( Grade 8s took our lab.

I'm really gonna miss CC. We wrote haikus today. Michelle had some pretty weird ones. Something about a weirdo fat guy who lived on her street. He always had kittens. And the weirdo died and now she has a cat who smells like him so she gave him a bath. Lmao. She wrote that in a haiku. I wrote:

The poster I started last night, I coloured at lunch and in block A. Yea.. I drew a gorilla ape thing followed by a caveman. Wanted it to be like a... evolution of man sorta thing. Mr Mahli didn't like the ape. Lmao.. he was pretty horrible. "WHAT is this?" So now, I have Jeremy's poster to colour since ours don't match. Mr Mahli kept going. "Oh I love this one... oh but yours is nice too. They're both very good pieces of art work. Just different styles. I hope you're alright with it Jamie. Coz I know artists can get pretty offended." He started talking about an artist that bit some guys ear off coz no one liked his art. Then he became famous.

I have an awful sore throat, my head hurts and my entire body hurts. It's like one minute the nerves in my arms start spazzing. Then it goes to my head... and my legs. Arg. I don't feel like colouring now.

It's supposed to snow tonight. My mom said 15 cm. My dad said 5. I watched the weather network and it said 3. Then it's going to rain on Weds, Thurs and Fri.

I met Beano for breakfast.. um.. brunch at Timmy's this morning. He was craving one of those breakfast biscuit sammiches'. Just as I got to the main road, his mom drove around the corner. And there's him walking towards me with a bouquet of orchids and another blue puppy. =D

It was another pretty day out. When I stepped out, the air was so refreshing. I didn't feel cold at all. The air was so crisp, snow still powdery. Beano's mom got us hot chocolates. She does so much. We walk in and sit down and *poof*, hot chocolates in front of me. We were there for about an hour then B had band stuff to do.

I got home and shortly after we left to meet uncle SH and family for lunch. DY's speaking a lot more now. He found it amusing to sit at the bottom of his high chair while I pushed it up and down the kitchen. He also has a pair of shades now. Oh! And a trendy toque! I love it.

We went to this Taiwanese/Japanese place. The last time Jo and I went there was with SE and SC. We had bubble tea. Or well.. a plate of ice and pearls. This time SE, Jo and I shared dumplings, and two plates of these.. chicken... rice.. Well.. It was quite nice. Each plate had some spicy tofu and peas, boiled vegetables, a hardboiled egg, rice and chicken. Mmm.. I was quite full though.

I feel a sore throat coming. My head's in pain, face feels stretched and my body feels weak. D=..

I was putting in grad write ups this morning. Then I came across the name, Sam Kim. Ah... Sam's only here for the first semester so he can get credits for his arts. He'll be gone in a couple weeks when the semester ends. I brought it up with Kevin. He had no idea who Sam was. Well I told him Sam's not graduating this year. Coz he already did last year. Which meant we had to take his name and box out of the layouts. Which meant that the boxes had to be shifted. Cole, we weren't sure if he was to be added coz it doesn't seem like he'll be graduating. I guess I shouldn't say that. He IS in our grade and he's got the whole second semester to complete his courses. Then there was Chad who apparently is out of our school. Mr P had to decide what to do. Shift the boxes and what not.

At lunch, I visited Mr Mahli with my idea for the Comparative Civilizations poster for grade 10/11 course selections. Jeremy and I are designing a poster for bonus marks. Hehe, I might be able to get through this course with a 90% average!! Maybe.. =T. I haven't seen my essay mark. And there's still the final to write. Well, Diane and Krissy were in there talking to him about his child when I went in. He was saying that now that he has a daughter, he understands where parents come from. He knows what it feels like. Haha I said he's going to be really protective. Lmao He's like "YARRRRR.."....Diane: "Just wait til she gets a boyfriend."..."Ohhh.. mmm well.. Ok as long as she's not stewwwpid, I think a boyfriend's alright." Said his mom told him, "Remember.... Be it a boy or a girl, this child owes you nothing"

Lunch happened I guess. Brandon went to a rugby meeting so I sat at the tables with Diane, Adam, Jensen...etc etc. Diane kept asking....Diane-questions: "Would you rather, a stick thin girl or a very FAT girl?"..."A really pinner guy or a really buff guy?" Jensen gives her a weird look, "Diane.. I AM a guy. Why are you asking me this!"

The sky was so pretty today. I love the sun. Nice bright blue sky, snowy white ground. And the temperature's been in the negatives all day so the snow stays powdery. =D I love it.

Beano found a zip lock bag of baby mandarins. They're so cute. Teensy weensy!

CC was quite fun. Janette is so easily amused. We were doing map work and I was asking her how to pronounce one of the places. Ah.. We laughed for so long. She said she had her "smart juice" today.

Don't think CC would be quite as enjoyable without good ol' Michelle in class. Michelle, Chelsey and Kim did The Tang dynasty for their presentation and ah the notes Michelle wrote up were too funny. I think that's the best group so far. There wasn't anything too complicated and lol with Michelle constantly pretending to be a snobby stuck up teacher, and constantly arguing with Mr Mahli, yea it was fun.

Mr Mahli showed us pictures of his little baby girl. She's so cute. =). Apparently he's into photography. Something I didn't know. He wants Jeremy and I to make him a poster for a CC presentation for the grade 10s and 11s. By next Tuesday! Sweet.

My mom woke me up this morning. She asked me if I was going to school. I had no idea what she was talking about until I looked at the time. 7:56am. AhhHHHhhHHhhh!! Late!!! VERY!!! I found out my dad and his colleague were at home still too. They got snowed in. Well for a while. So I rushed out this morning with them. First we dropped Joey off at the crossroad at the end of the street and I got let off at Esso. The snow.. just..wow.. Huge flakes falling so fast from the sky. I haven't seen it snow that much down here before. Usually our snow lasts at the most 3-4 days and it doesn't snow for the rest of the season except on the mountains.

I got to class late. Yea but pfft. It'd make no difference to Mr P whether I was there on time or not. It's like, "Jamie!! You're here!" When I started work, Kev and Linda were having problems with my pages. I grouped all the boxes together on the template just so it'd be easier to copy and paste them to the other 20 pages. Well they were having difficulties trying to click on the individual text boxes. Go figure? So everyone got annoyed at me and how I laid the page out and how I made the words in the boxes spread out. But the thing is, they got annoyed not because of my lay out. But because they couldn't fix it and they couldn't figure out what was wrong. So yea.. take it out on Jme. I went through all the pages 2wice; first to ungroup everything. Then Kev had another problem. The way the words spread out in the text box. He couldn't figure out how to change the paragraphing. But hey, I couldn't either until Diane told us about the paragraph settings. But really.. he couldn't figure out another way?

That wasn't as bad as how we've been told to put the names in. We're given the grade list in a thick stack of 20 pages stapled together. We're also given the Freisens flats with all the grad pictures and names in the order it's supposed to be in. Mr Pahal wants us to put the names in according to whats on the grade list. All the asians who have english names have their chinese names put them. When I look back on the picture, I'm not gonna remember Ching-Chuan-Yin-blahblahblah. I don't even know that name exists. It's confusing with the asians, ok, but for Johnny Barone. I know who that is. But who's Giovanni? That's the first time I've heard that name being called in our school.

Kev and I had a little discussion about it. Him and Linda don't know very many people in school. I still don't get how people can just walk around school for 5 years of high school and not even know that these people exist in our grade. Even if you weren't best friends with the person, at least know the names of the people in your classes. It's not that hard.

Yea that was my fun morning in Yearbook. I hear that Mctavish still isn't back and Van Os is going to be teaching that class. Ugh... No one likes Mctavish. She yells a lot and can be quite mean at times. I love her. I'd rather be in class listening to her yelling at people for talking than having Van Os teach us art. I have a feeling I'm going to be pulled into Yearbook in the second semester. In a way that could be good. I can continue my pages.

I visited Mr Nguyen and Ms Bicknell after school. I'm gonna miss them so much. Yes and Mr Derbyshire but he wasn't there today. I showed them my laptop and we talked about how FHN won't have a senior editor anymore. =P He wants me to train Waina lmao. "As long as the person's calm. Not Jeremy, he's too jumpy-all-over-the-place." I love those teachers. Coz the thing is, they aren't teachers who have to handle classes! They're different!!

Made another lasagna today. This time it was a meat one. It wasn't bad. Wasn't that great either. Very...bland...the noodles were ick and chewy. I should have left them to boil longer.

No one was around during lunch for some reason. I sat at the caf with Beano, Diane, Corey, Krissy and Alan. Diane and Corey were playing with a straw wrapper. Lmao... wow... So we're in grade 12 eh? It was quite amusing watching them.

Band meeting #1. At long last, the band gets together. Ok well Jason wasn't there but.. almost the whole band. Troy asked if I could design their web page for them. Sweet.

My page was down the past couple of days due to a hard drive failure. Jon's been trying to get it back on and I guess yesterday everything was fixed. What did we miss. On Sunday we had a couple visitors from Vancouver Island. The Mccullochs, or Uncle Neil and Aunty Loraine. We went out for Vietnamese. Mmm those noodles are starting to grow on me. I always get the same thing. Beef steak in soup and spring rolls on the side. =P. They're pretty nice people. So yea, who are they? They're my mom's bestfriend's long lost aunt and uncle. Lol. It's crazy.

The wind is crazy out. Our power tripped when I got home from school and the wind still hasn't died down yet. Hopefully nothing big happens tonight. The temperature's supposed to drop and tmr we'll be expecting more snow.

The group, well part of the group, got together last night for some badminton and a movie at Sylvia's. Wow I haven't played all break. I updated the swipes on my card and we headed for Guildford. It was alright. Played doubles with Brandon, Sylvia and Diane and then rallied a bit with Beano. My last game I played with Hogen, Grace and Tony. Ah. We got to 19-20 or something. Then I lost the last point =(. Lol bad serve. Oopsies.

Everyone wanted to go for sushi. Blech. Well.. they went to pick up sushi and Beano got Vietnamese for me. =) Then he went back and got sushi too. God guys can eat so much.

Hogen really wanted to watch The Locker. It's another one of those Japanese scary movies. All the same. Their ghosts and zombies always have pale greenish faces and LOTS of hair. The scariest part was when the 3 friends were in a restaurant. One of them started rocking his head back and forth. And he wouldn't stop. Imagine someone in a restaurant, sitting in a chair, just knodding his head over and over. The ghost was moving his head and then she cracked it. Ugh. That was the worst part. Then there were the parts that were meant to be scary but became funny. The doctor saw the ghost in the mirror cracking the bones of his colleague. He got so scared he took out a golf club and just hit everything around him. Then when he was running away from the ghost, they showed a scene where the ghost was running and, ah... that was weird. The guy had this really funny scream that Brian and Brandon couldn't stop laughing at. Brian mimicked it. Funniest thing ever. Sounded exactly like it. Well, then the guy got hit by a bus and went flying into the air. That was quite funny too. Horrible effects.

Well.. twas a fun night. Haven't done that in a while. 2 summers ago, it'd be badminton and movies all break long.

When I woke up this morning, everything outside was white! The sky's kinda gloomy though. Forecast says it's gonna rain heavily down here. It's currently snowing heavily up on Cypress

The roof of BC place collapsed today. Apparently there was a tear in it and the whole thing just.. went *swooop*.

Mm, what did I do today. I watched the special features for pirates of the caribbean. Ah I love it. Johnny Depp's so awesome. Those extra features were pretty darn long. As long as the movie itself. 2 more days of school. I think I'll enjoy them before we go back. It's been an awesome and not so awesome break. But I figure, if it ends well, all's good.

Beano picked Jojo and I up yesterday to go skating. I think exactly a year ago we went skating. Crazy eh. Cept this time Kat wasn't here =(. Maybe next time.

We were at Timmy's a little earlier to get something to eat coz Beano was hungry even though, he didn't really have anything. Jimmy and Keslyn met us a short while after before heading to the rink. And a short while after, Amy and Simran came by. I couldn't get anyone else to come. But I guess I shoulda asked them earlier.

We were on the ice right after they cleaned it. But it wasn't long until it got all scuffed up. Jo and I sat in the penalty box for a bit.

I was too lazy to do anything to the hockey pictures. But they set up hockey at the end of the rink. Beano and Simran played. Then Amy decided to play. Lol We were probably the oldest around there, other than parents, most of the skaters were probably in 6-7 year olds.

We went back to Timmy's before drop in ended since everyone was hungry by then. Jimmy got half a dozen donuts and devoured them in a "civilized manner", with a fork and knife.

Diane and I went to Guildford yesterday around 3. My mom dropped Pepper off @ her place and then us at the mall. We went to Old Navy and I got 2 tops. And then there was something bout wanting to get all dolled up at the sleepover. We were gonna do that we did last year, put on skirts and get all girly. Lol Diane and I were in Mariposa picking out skirts. Oh yea we found a couple skirts at Sirens, waited in line for SO long. Then found out they were either too big or too small. =S. The one we got at Mariposa was perfect though. I also saw a dress I liked. It's all fairy-like. Went back today to get it for grad =D.

When we got to Krissy's, we chilled for a bit. Tried on our clothes. Tee hee and waited for Lily. She brought a skirt too. Lol so we fashioned our clothes, took a couple pictures and a while later all the people who played at Clear Two came by.

I brought John Tucker must Die and everyone was gonna watch it. But then there was something wrong with it. Worked perfectly fine on our DVD player at home. Didn't at Krissy's. Well, then someone came up with the idea of played charades. Adam cut up slips of paper and each of us wrote a couple things down. The first round was individual. Then we paired up and had to write things that two people could do. Man..some of the things. Lmao. You know exactly who puts them in the bowl. The guys had a pretty good laugh. First time I've seen all of them laugh. Sure, you crack a joke, people laugh. But those aren't real laughs. That night, we actually, as a group, wow...we bonded. Lol. It's strange. Never thought we'd form a group that big. And never thought that many people could actually become so close with one another. It was nice. Hogen dropped by for a while.

Later that night Diane and laid on Krissy's bed and just talked. Lily was already asleep. And Krissy. I don't know what time she went to bed. I was dead tired.

I went to the mall with my mom and Joey in the afternoon and we went to pick out my dress. Krissy says it's a cocktail dress. It's black.. tube top and sorta frilly but smooth at the bottom. I like it. It's plain. Lol I can make it look formal. I can make it look casual. =)

Guess it was a good way to spend the new year. Yea...
